First off I never leave negative feedback. But this is just warranted. I paid for a "Premium"…read moreservice. Hot towel razor clean up shampoo ect ect. I sat down at 11am and by 11:13 my haircut wast complete. Never received any of those service. Now let's get to the haircut. I grew my hair out for 6months so the barber could have a blank canvas. Showed pictures and such. Let's just say it's hammered dog shit now. Complete disaster and disappointment. There is nothing "Premium" about this place. Now I will receive a message from the owner with some BS about how sorry they are. Save your time my guy.

If I could give less than one star for the cut I received I would. No one genuinely looks better when they leave the chair. Honestly wish I could refuse to pay for services here in Florida. It's a very typical barber shop, everyone was friendly, welcoming, and even the clients were just chilling and hanging out with the barbers. Seemed very friend and family orientated which made the atmosphere more enjoyable. Of course I didn't get my haircut but Anthony did and he loves it. It's a bit a pricey but you get what you pay for and he would say it's very worth spending $20 on a haircut. Luckily for us this place is RIGHT below our apartment. Safe to say this will be Anthony's go to barber in JAX from now on.

I typically get a haircut once a month, and I'm willing to spend up to $40 to get it done. It's what I can afford on my budget. Recently, I was interested in trying someplace new and spent the last few weeks looking around. I decided on Razors Edge Barber shop. I think I made the best decision for my self. On the exterior, the store front is quaint and simple. Walking through the door is another matter entirely. Rustic, urban, and a classic gritty masculinity with a sense of swagger. So I meet Frank, and immediately I think this guy is unique. I tell him my usual haircut style and what I'm looking for. Not only does he give me his professional opinion but he suggests a style and cut more trending and appealing. And i might say folks, he did not disappoint. I'm nearing 40 and no longer want to have the militant cuts I've had for the last 22 years. I wanted a change to be more distinguished with a touch of "swagger". By the end, my oddly shaped head with a crazy cowlick, was hard-parted and nicely shaped with an even fade of bald to one guard. Even on my first visit, I have been pleased and looking forward to what happens next time. So much so, that I might not wait for a whole month. Thank you Frank! You've made one hell of an impression for a first time visit. I look forward to next time.
