I dropped off the death certificate at the office, identified myself when I did and asked that they call my husband when it was signed, they called my husband and said some random person dropped it off. I went to pick it up and the receptionist turned to look for it or ask for it and I waited and waited. A nurse came up and asked to help, I told her what I was there for, she handed it to me, the receptionist who was still standing there talking to co workers had evidently forgotten I was standing there waiting for the death certificate that was right there in front of her. I wouldn't take my dog to this clinic.
