Being a small business owner of many medical establishments, his administration team demonstrates authority and leads by example on how a medical establishment should operate. The staff is polite and nurses care about everyone especially Bev and Henry have been more than helpful. The place seems buzzy at first but they have a plan it works and I've never spent more than 45 mins there even with multiple treatments. Dr Doug is very knowledgeable and seems to keep details available on demand he doesn't miss a thing. I'm glad they pay such great attention to my very visit and I'm there on a routine basis. My biggest frustration at other offices is the wait time and availability here I have always had access to see someone usually same day. Doctor who noticed symptoms of Parkinsons and referred me back to Dr Self-Eddeine for a 2 month future visit. I few weeks later started getting worse and contacted office for a sooner appointment (3 times), but front desk seemed made their own decision not to, until 1-1/2 months later texted me I had an appointment with Dr Moon. Meanwhile Parkinson symptoms very worse, so I was very frustrated with the lack of concern as seemed staff did not bother to inform doctor of my urgency, and I decided to not go there anymore. Front desk makes the decisions! Be warned.

Kicked me off pain meds because "I don't want to get better" I'm…read morepermanently disabled, and this doctor JUST diagnosed me with scoliosis and then didn't even talk about my X-rays, decided to kick me off pain meds instead. Because I no longer have accchs. They are able to bill accchs $677 for every visit, but now that I pay cash they only make $179 per visit. They forgot to send in my drug tests multiple times! I knew I'd report them to the state board and accchs months ago. I've been talking about all the sketchy shit to my mom and disabled friend for months. So I knew I was going to report them from the start. I am apart of the reason the fbi shut down a ton of sober living homes for human trafficking and double billing. I hate when people break the law and don't follow rules! I'm autistic it's hard to ignore. It's very easy to see when an accchs scam is happening and I felt it happening the second he gave me 10mg oxycodone without starting me on 5mg first. And then he kept letting my pee tests expire and not send to lab. Today the doctor says he is cutting me off pain meds because they don't feel comfortable prescribing them long term. I asked them if I broke the pain contract, they said no. I later get an email saying I'm permanently discharged because I broke The pain contract. They kicked me out of their practice because I am self pay. Discrimination. They're also not billing using correct address' and he's practicing in multiple states with multiple address. I talked to my pharmacist right away and told them everything I experienced and they told me YES this doctor is doing illegal shit. 1/26/26 they said I no longer need to do drug tests to receive my meds, that's illegal. My pharmacist is helping me with filing the report to accchs and the state board. Oh yeah he also gave me a 14 day supply of meds but wrote on the bottle it was a 7 day supply of meds. So I felt like he was trying to trick me or something. I'm not a drug addict so I use my meds properly and this little weird shit he did, did not affect me, I never took more than I was supposed to. But prescribing meds wrong on purpose is illegal as well, malpractice. I've been on prescribed controlled substances since I was 8 years old, I am well aware of how it all works. I've been permanently disabled for 12 years also. And then he tried to get me to do as many x rays as possible before my insurance cut off. He found scoliosis and then cancelled me as a patient immediately. Why would someone do that? He wouldn't even discuss my imagining he ordered. He made me pay $179 to get discharged today. So yeah I knew immediately the second he prescribed meds wrong and gave me 10mg oxycodone right away that he was crooked and I WAS FUCKING RIGHT!!!! If you ever feel weird at pain mgmt ask the pharmacist about it. They can definitely reassure you if you experienced something illegal. Other than that, while I was being prescribed oxycodone for a few months, the appointments were fast and scheduled normally. Just nothing the doctor ever did was normal. Letting my pee tests expire multiple times, writing wrong medication information. Accchs would only allow a 7 day RX and he gave me 14 days and put 7 days on the bottle, so that's called LYING. Lying about how much you're prescribing. All I see is red flags at this place.

I unfortunately broke my wrist recently (again) and decided to come back to Dr. Guidera (I have…read morebeen here for two surgeries and haven't had any issues until now). To say the least, that was a mistake. They left me with a $230 bill for a 15 minute visit, X-rays, and a splint that I could've bought at Walgreens for $10. Not to mention, I already had an identical splint on when I walked in. To be fair, I asked for the new splint hoping it'd be better than what I had. It was worse, and came with a price tag of over $100. Guidera and his PA told me the X-rays they JUST took weren't good enough and recommended that I get a CT scan done. He made a surprised/disgusted face when I sighed and looked down when he said I may need surgery. Sorry, I don't want to spend thousands more on my wrist if I don't absolutely have to... Anyways, after Guidera reviewed the CAT scan, his office informed me that I 'definitely' needed surgery and referred me to another hand surgeon since Guidera was unable to operate on anyone for 4 weeks due to his own surgery/injury. Well, that doctor said I did not need surgery and put me in a cast. Bottom line: Stay away from this office. They will nickle and dime you.
