Eli is awesome! I…read morestumbled upon him while I was in the building meeting with a different company who showed me some of the worst diamonds I've ever seen and tried to convince me that they were pretty. Eli knew exactly what I meant when I asked for a beautifully symmetric diamonds and not crushed ice. We vibed right away. He has great taste and knows what a beautiful diamond looks like from an ugly one. Because let me tell you, there are a lot of ugly diamonds out there and there are many brokers who will try to convince you that they're pretty! I also really appreciated that he didn't ask what my budget was like so many other places. He focused on finding me not one, but two perfectly matched pairs of diamonds for studs. All of the other places wouldn't show me more than one pair. And you know what? I took both pairs because they were both so perfect I couldn't let them go! Other places told me it was impossible to find 2 old mine cushion cut matching diamonds but Eli did it. And he did it in like 2 days! He called me and kept me updated. When he showed me the diamonds he was super patient as I studied each one. There was never, at any point any sales pressure. He let me think over which pair I wanted without threatening that they'd be gone the next day (unlike Capri). I highly recommend him and wish I had found him before I got engaged!

He took the time to explain everything about the gold quality, weight, and pricing so we felt confident in what we were buying. No pressure, no gimmicks -- just real information and fair numbers. We ended up finding our dream solid 14k gold wedding bands, and he gave us a great deal compared to other quotes we received in the area. If you're looking for solid gold bands and want someone who is transparent, knowledgeable, and fair, definitely ask for Meryvn. Highly recommend!

My husband had purchased my beautiful engagement ring in 2023, the service then was amazing, and…read morethe service again continues to be phenomenal. My engagement ring was a relatively thin platinum band, and they had warned us that the band would be malleable due to the material. However, I didn't realize how malleable it could get until after I began wearing it. I was so set on choosing platinum because I figured it would be the easiest and most low maintenance material. The band kept losing its shape any time I wore it. It began driving me insane because I needed to come in and get it fixed almost every 4-8 months (depending on how frequently I was wearing it). I started to get anxiety everytime I wore my engagement ring because I was so afraid of it losing shape. I began to wear it less and less and stuck to my wedding band (which is white gold--lesson learned) only. I was also too afraid to go to any other jeweler near where I lived to get the ring fixed because I truly only trusted Bridal Ring's team. Finally, I was done feeling afraid and decided to switch the band entirely. I explained to Zoe, an associate at Bridal Ring & explained the situation. We discussed the different options and ultimately we determined I wanted to switch my band to the lowest maintenance metal I could without losing the integrity and design I initially had. Zoe and the team were so kind. They came up with an idea to switch the band to a yellow gold band & solder my platinum prongs with my diamond onto it. It took a week for us to pick it up. & I am so glad I trusted Zoe and the team to execute the vision because I am genuinely over the moon about my ring. It's just as beautiful as when I first got it & now I'm not afraid to wear it! Thank you so much Zoe and Bridal Ring Co for listening to my desires and concerns. I appreciate you guys so much. I truly recommend them and their team.

We were told a scratch test could be done, and when Sarah came out, she said "we only do scratch tests on items if you want to sell it." We obviously we are there to sell it, as I told the nice receptionist woman. Sarah touched it once and looked at it for two seconds, and then put it down and said, "it's fake. sorry." And walked away. No explanation or anything as to why. I get it if someone is having a bad day, but don't take it out on new customers. 10/12/26 Took in a piece if gold jewelry I found on the side of the road, and I wanted to see if it was real or not. I did some at home tests to see if the piece was real, and it was showing it was. The receptionist woman was super sweet, but the woman who took one look at the piece and said "it's fake." was so rude and condescending. Sure, the edges of the jewlery piece was oxidizing, but that doesn't mean the actual chain is fake. She was looking at me like I had no idea what I was talking about. Didn't even do any tests to double check. Rude, definitely not going back.

Sam is a nice man but make sure you do some pricing research in advance. The reviews here were so…read moreoverwhelmingly positive that I didn't look around and got a little bit overcharged I'd say. After dropping my simple gold wedding band off with the promise of a 1 hr turnaround at $125 to have it sized down (he tried to charge $150), I came back 90 minutes later and the ring had clearly not been touched yet. I shared that I'd spent the last 90 minutes researching online and at other shops in the jewelry market and had learned that this service should cost no more than $50. Some places charge as low as $20. I asked Sam politely what the reason was for the steep price difference. He talked about how much time and care went into sizing the ring, and how he used only the best materials so that the cut would be completely invisible. To demonstrate, he began showing me the process, which reinforced my suspicion that when I walked back into the store, he had not yet begun work on my ring. 10 minutes later Sam was done - the work was good, but the seam was indeed visible. After a conversation the price came down to $100. I'm happy, the work is no better or worse than any I have had done before. But be warned that he clearly upcharges for his charm (he's very sweet and complimentary) and generosity (he did a sonic clean on my engagement ring for free). If you want a deal this is not the place. But it's fine otherwise! Not gonna get scalped but not the most price sensitive option if you're in the jewelry district.
