To my surprise they awkwardly looked at each other, then told me not to buy it.. they then said because it was "sitting out all day". That just made me absolutely disgusted. As I waited for my sandwich, I went to use the restroom. I peeked into the kitchen while I was walking towards the back, I got a glimpse of the kitchen. The oven and floor beneath it looked like somebody had spilt black tar all over and behind it. Most definitely grease that had been layered over time and never cleaned. which is horrific, unhygienic and very unprofessional in my opinion. This place is so unsafe and unsanitary for anyone to eat here. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

I waited a few minutes then asked where my order was and onduty female manager said it would be ready soon. Meanwhile this annoying couple was shooting videos of the workers telling them how this job would give them skills that will last a lifetime. It went on and on. I asked a second time when would my order be ready and the same manager said a few minutes. Finally my order is ready and this annoying couple is still giving life advice. I get home and both my subs were wrong!. I called the store and spoke with the lady manager and was told they were out of wheat bread. So why didn't you say that when i was at the store?. Probably because they dont want anyone to complain just take it and go. The second subs was not what ordered at all. We went back and forth about giving me a refund and some crap about because it was a online order they cant refund. Totally unacceptable! The manager lady had a bad attitude towards me and really just wanted me to hang up and go away. Left with no option I settled for them making the correct sub and I threw the other in the trash. The entire staff seem to be in disarray under this manager. I never had a problem before but this experience was so frustrating I won't go back.
