So who knew you could clean 2 restrooms and 2 bedrooms in 2 hours? It takes me days to purge and deep clean lol. Melissa was on time, super polite and very helpful. I had intended for her to just deep clean one bathroom & spruce up one room. She was fast and asked for more tasks to utilize my full time scheduled. I'll be scheduling her again very soon. I scheduled a deep clean and 3 people showed up that were scheduled for 5 hours. They only stayed for 3.5 hours. Never did a walk through in the beginning or end. I wasn't home, just my husband at the end, so he'd didn't know what was supposed to be completed. No check off sheet was submitted, even though they have one online. Base boards and bathrooms looked amazing but everything else was subpar. I had to wipe down the blinds, kitchen counters, kitchen cabinets, mop my tile floors, make my beds, and clean out the fridge. All which was listed to be completed when I booked. No one called us or checked in afterward, even though it states on the reviews and websites that they do so. Will not recommend or scheduled another cleaning with this company.
