I have been forwarded to five different agents who did not advocate on my behalf and left me hanging out to dry. AVOID HUB!!! Go somewhere else. They will NOT support or help you. If they are this bad with basic questions how bad will they be if you have a claim. RUN, RUN, RUN away.
