It only took one visit for me to know this was not the place for me or my child. In my opinion they…read moreare more concerned with appearing to be a great place for children than they are actually focused on our children's care. It's all about the Bippo character, getting permission to take pictures to post on social media, giving the kids a gift after the visit, and things of this nature. Now, if you're thinking, well, this all seems like things that would help the child be comfortable, and want to return to the dentist. That would be a good assumption if the actual dental work area wasn't set up so badly. It's basically an open space. This means that they can see, hear, even smell all the other dental work going on, and that's insanely overstimulating to children. More specifically to our experience. After the dentist took a look at my son we were taken to a room to discuss further treatment. My son had some bad cavities, and I was told he would need to be given sedation, but not put completely out, and that he would be fastened to the chair, oh and that I could not be present for this. I left this place feeling helpless, crying, and not understanding how this could be the way to help my son. After I calmed down I looked around for other pediatric dentists, and found the care that he needed, and that I felt comfortable with. I hope other people have a good experience here, but I would never personally recommend this office to anyone I know.

After getting second opinion, new dentist says two of them have the potential to become cavities but are not yet and the third was none existent. New dentist gave treatment without having to borderline scar my child for life. Soooo they wanted to do all that to my 3 year old for what? Not a dang thing besides money... because the quote was $1200 after what my insurance covered...come on now that's absurd and disappointing. And don't get me started how rude they were when asking for the X-rays. Sorry for the long review, but this place is a disappointment to humanity. Wouldn't recommend to even go park in their parking lot their so bad. Maybe to use their bathroom because that is all they are good for.

One Star - Disrespectful and Discriminatory Experience…read more I brought my child to this office hoping for compassionate care, but instead, I was treated with blatant disrespect and discrimination because of my disability. The staff, particularly the dentist, spoke to me in a condescending and dismissive tone, as if I was a problem rather than a parent simply trying to advocate for my child. Rather than offering patience or understanding, I was met with rudeness and judgment. It was clear that my disability was viewed as an inconvenience, and I left feeling humiliated and unwelcome. No parent should be made to feel this way--especially not in a place that claims to care for families. Disability is not a burden. It's unacceptable for any medical professional, especially one working with children and families, to behave this way. I do not recommend this office to anyone, especially those in the disabled community. We deserve better.

She was patient, understanding and so sweet it was a complete judgment free zone. I explained what I was trying to achieve and she led me to the best treatment plan. I go back in two weeks to do it and I can't wait! She was so down to Earth while being so confident we could get where we wanted to easily and it projected enough confidence in me that I knew I was in the right hands. I couldn't be more grateful and we haven't even done the procedure, I'll update once we do but I'm positive it's going to be amazing results. Update: went back today and got the smile of my dreams! Dr Bratcher and the dental assistant made everything a breeze. Amazing bedside manner, uplifting and personable ladies. I couldn't be happier with my entire experience. She said I wouldn't owe anything, and then upon leaving I am told I owe $150 for ABSOLUTELY NOTHING being done. This place is obviously a FOR PROFIT business ahead of actually taking care of customers. Based on how horribly I was treated today I would not recommend anyone coming here. Things have changed here, and this is by far the most expensive Dentistry place around. Everywhere else is much cheaper. You can't just lie to people in order to fraudulently obtain money from them. They made me feel so devalued today. I truly wish I had words for how horrible it was. I have been sending friends and family here for years, but now will probably be calling all them, and suggest they switch too. They need to do better with how they treat people, and also don't lie to people. May 6th followup: After speaking to Sara/Sarah today she was acting like she wanted to help. Just like how Luke Baumgartner acted like he wanted to help. Yesterday he even wrote me an estimate. Sara/Sarah spoke to Cossich Family Dentistry today about them honoring their warranty on this inferior bridge they did. Cossich refuses to honor their own warranty. Now Sara/Sarah just called me around 5 pm to tell me they no longer feel comfortable doing the work that just Yesterday they would do. I literally feel like them and Cossich are working together to not help. I will stick with Grand Family Dentistry for cleanings going forward, but can't trust them ever again in the future. I literally feel like they are working together with Cossich to not help me as they called and spoke to Cossich. After they spoke to Cossich their tune changed, and they cam no longer do the work. Nobody can say that this all adds up and is normal. It is basically RETALIATION by 2 dentists office to hurt a patient.

This is unacceptable, especially since she had not eaten since 7:00 PM the night before. Instead of taking responsibility for this poor service, I received a dismissive letter blaming us for "ongoing challenges" and "disrespectful behaviors." It feels like the office lacks accountability and concern for their patients' well-being. My experience at Dr. Kris's office was very disappointing. His staff was unprofessional and seemed indifferent to their patients. My daughter went without food from 7:00 PM on February 4 until 1:00 PM on February 5, waiting for an appointment that never happened.
