I came here to renew my DOT physical and most everything went well. The cost was exactly what it…read moresaid on their website which I thought was very reasonable. Everyone in the office was very friendly and got me in and out in a reasonable time. The only complaint I would have is that the way they performed the hearing test made it more stressful than it needed to be. My hearing is perfectly appropriate for my age and at every other clinic I've had a DOT physical at they have used the "forced whisper" test which I've had no trouble with. Here their version the test is to whisper at a volume that is barely above the noise floor of the room--literally I couldn't even tell that they were saying anything. All I could hear was traffic going by outside. This got me a bit on edge and my blood pressure was subsequently high as a result but thankfully they've clearly seen that before and knew exactly how to calm me down to get me within allowable limits. Another thing that threw me a bit is that the "E"s on their eye chart look nothing like a normal E that you would find on a computer screen or a typewriter that's less than a century old. It looks like what would happen if the Greek symbols epsilon and sigma had a baby. But, the good news is their eye chart is backlit! One clinic I've used in the past had a paper chart in a dimly lit hallway so this was a nice change once I figured out what those weird looking letters were supposed to be.

I have taken my family here for 2 years when needing care over the weekends or holidays. sadly the…read morecare they provided myself compared to my children was a stark difference. with my kids they were gentle, kind and understanding, but most recently when I fell ill and needed care I was talked down to by the nurse- the PA had no empathy to my situation and to top it off, after they left the room, I heard them talking negatively about me in the hallway and it was incredibly hurtful. I have never had to advocate for my health so hard and been treated so poorly.

This one we've always had a problem at. The new doctor guy really doesn't know what he's doing. My…read morehusband went in with an ear infection and the guy prescribed nasal medicine and said he didn't need any anti biotics for the ear infection. I went in recently with strep throat my entire throat was completely white swollen and hurt and he said I had a cold and throat stones and no strep. But I went and got a second opinion because it hurt so bad and it was infact a form of strep that got way worse due to no antibiotics for two days because of trying to believe the guy. This is only 2 examples recently: we've never had a good experience with him I think he just guesses. I highly recommend any other location he shouldn't be practicing there.

This is the second time I've been in to see their NP, Corie. She is a fantastic clinician, and this…read moreis hands-down the most efficient urgent care around. I think their appointments fill up fast, so don't count on just being able to walk in. I made my appointment in the morning to come in at 5:00. When I arrived, it showed there were no walk-ins available for the rest of the day. Second place goes to the Providence Immediate Care down further east on Sunnyside, which will bring you longer wait times for walk-in, but they also has more equipment (X-ray, etc) than this little clinic. I've been to both, and there's a time and place for either clinic. However, if you're in need of a straight forward exam and possible Rx, this place is super convenient!

WATCH OUT, THEY WILL SCAM YOU AND TRY TO GET AS MUCH MONEY AS THEY CAN. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU…read moreOR YOUR EXPERIENCE. The first doctor I saw at this clinic told me she would not prescribe my Ritalin without a newer psych eval. So, I got a newer psych eval and provided it. That was fine. I was called by a medical assistant to tell me that the doctor I saw was just coverage and the real doctor "Nina" wanted to meet with me before she would be willing to prescribe it. Had to wait another two weeks for that visit to happen. A little annoying, but still not enough to get the one star review. What gets this clinic a one star review is that when this new appointment came around, the doctor walked in, asked me to confirm I was on plaquenil, then refused outright to prescribe Ritalin. I asked why was I even there then? That med was in my chart the whole time. I am a lupus patient and have been on that med for over ten years. So they scammed me out of another visit fee when they could have just let me know their conclusion over the phone. I took this up with Go Health customer service and they said since I was given an "evaluation" per the chart notes. There was nothing they could do and I owed them the full amount for their visit. 18 emails and I could not get them to understand why I should not be charged for this "evaluation." They just want an excuse to bill.

Front test worker is the only reason I gave only two stars. The dark hair nurse and doctor Micah…read morewere awesome. Front seat Highlighted hair girl was cold and rude but the others made up for it. They really should replace her with someone who enjoys people, not fire her or anything, just put her in back room without people!
