Referrals to specialists have been excellent.The office is run efficiently with superb and timely record keeping. Appointments begin in a timely way, and the place is clean and pleasant. A referral for a MRI was supposed to be done. Today is July 7. After dropping the ball they finally contacted my insurance company Friday. Unfortunately they didn't give them enough information. I have left A message for the nurse in the past and never got a return call. I still can't walk when I first stand up. My wife just contacted them again, because my being nice is gone now.. Hopefully this will get resolved soon. There really is no excuse to wait for an MRI for a month.. if your in pain go to emergency..
