I would first like to say. I've read a lot of the reviews. Some of them are very critical of the. Dr Bradley. I've only went to him once. The first time I went to him. He spent every bit of an hour and a half. Listening to everyone of my concerns. Reviewing my medications. Telling me which ones he could. Suggest stop taking. Which ones he would recommend taking? Who's genuinely seen as if he wanted to see my health get better? And not just through pharmaceuticals. I would agree. He only has one other staff person. Who's working the front desk? Intake. Both of them are very polite and courteous. In Lake County, it's very difficult to find a doctor. 1. Who wants to be a doctor? And two. Actually keep me concerned about the patient's care. So as far as I'm concerned. So far I'm very pleased. As far as his office and it's cleanliness, I would say that it is a little dated. I noticed that he chooses to use the natural light from the windows in his lobby without the overhead fluorescent lights which does make it seem darker, but not necessarily dirty. He's an Independent Doctor running an Independent Office, he's naturally looking to cut expenses to save money, and who would blame him how ridiculous PG&E is. focused, super pro, cares about his client. my prescriptions were called in within minutes, not sure what anna is talking about, i can get in quickly with no long waits for weeks like other top level surgeons/general practitioners. Dr. Bradley will be honest with you up front and advise you give up habits that are adversely impacting your overall health. some can't take it. I had over 10 dr. associates when I lived in saratoga, ca. they were all top specialists. if you want soothing talk, hire a nanny. when it comes to your health, the straight up truth is the only thing that will make a difference. My experience is that the best medicine is to stop doing that which harms you first. then get support to help you stay on track. that seems to be a lot of what dr. bradley does that no other doctor spends time doing. I had been in business for 53 years, and the only complaints i ever got were from those that owed me money. well, that and my ex wife. read more

READ THE REVIEWS - THEY ARE REAL!!!! If I could give this Doctor a negative score, that would be exactly what he got. This doctor is a joke and an embarrassment to the medical community! I finally get son to actually go to a doctor because he's in so much pain but will very rarely agree to seek medical help. This doctor didn't even act like he knew what he was doing, and not only was trying to juggle everything himself with no other support at the facility (at least during this appt.) but he had such a bad attitude. One of the biggest blunders was that he told my son he needed to quit smoking and that would help..........MY SON HAS NEVER SMOKED!!!! My son couldn't believe how worthless this guy was and said he was the biggest quack of a medical provider that he has ever seen. No help of any kind. What a let down. Let me start by saying Dr. Bradley is pleasant, caring, and very attentive. He recently hired a receptionist (who I believe to be his wife) regardless, she's is such a sweet person and very nice to deal with...... That said, I believe Dr. Bradley is "double dipping" on payments. I have always had a job with insurance and he has always had my updated insurance info on file. But, I was told by him years ago that he only accepts cash. So, I paid him his cash every time I visited him (I will be honest, his amounts changed over time. First it was $100/visit then $120/ visit, then $150/ visit which is fine I understand) there may have been a visit or two where I only had $100 instead of the $150, but I ALWAYS paid him cash per visit, otherwise he WOULD NOT see me, he would tell me to reschedule when I had the cash. Literally one of the first words out of his moth every time I walked in was "do you have some cash for me?" I did, and paid him. NOW, he is trying to backdate visits, years worth of visits, and tell me that my insurance or myself need to pay him, he has gone as far as sending me to a collections agency! No problem, I have disputed all claims as fraudulent and sent the collections forms to my father's attorney to dispute. Dr Bradley is attempting to double dip and get double paid on visits he has already completed and paid for. You can't call yourself a cash only business then accept the cash and attempt to bill the insurance 3-4-5 years later! I have asked my attorney to advise the collections company to drop all backdated charges. If not we will go to small claims court citing the "Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA)" and it will be dropped It is unfortunate that it has come to this, I have been a patient of Dr. Bradley for close to 10 years now, and he has really helped me change my life for the better. I would be glad to sit with him and work something out, but It's just sad to see greed get in the way of his practice because he is a very caring doctor that I enjoyed seeing and I am grateful for all his help. BUT, at this point I have to protect myself financially and preserve the progress I have made since the first day I walked in his office. read more

If I could give Dr. Stephen Bradley zero stars I would. After reading several positive reviews I chose to make an appointment with Dr. Bradley. When I pulled up to the address of his practice, I was confused because the building looked abandoned . There were no cars, dead weeds on the side and the door did not have a name (only webs) I called the office to verify I had the correct location and Dr. Bradley answered the phone. I explained the reason for my call and Dr. Bradley proceeded, in a very sarcastic tone I might add, telling me I was in the right location and if I would turn the handle and go inside I would see. I explained that I was not familiar with the area as I am not from here and wanted to make sure I had the correct address. He then rudely responded saying he is the only doctor so he can only see one patient at a time so of course there were no cars and all I needed to do was put my hand on the handle, turn it and walk inside. I have been a professional healthcare worker for over 30 years working in hospitals across the country and I have never heard a doctor speak to a patient like Dr. Bradley spoke to me. He was rude, sarcastic, condescending and without the slightest bit of compassion or empathy. I would definitely NOT recommend Dr. Stephen Bradley. As I told Dr. Bradley, he can keep his appointment and my insurance better not be charged. I will be making an appointment with a MD who is a professional! read more

This person should not be practicing any kind of medicine. I went to an appointment with him today for TMS (Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation) He asked me general questions but when I answered him he asked me the same question again as if I hadn't understood the question or given him the wrong answer. He did this repeatedly, as if he had in mind what he wanted the answer to be and I just wasn't giving him what he wanted. He asked to look at scars on my body from a very early injury I sustained. I showed him a scar on my arm, he said he didn't think that was a scar. I told him how inappropriate and invasive his question and response was, and that in all my years as a patient no one had every asked to look at an old scar, he said he was sorry they hadn't asked. I think that was an attempt at sympathy?! The appointment lasted about an hour and was ended by me walking out on him. I have never done that with a doctor and I hope I never have to again. I was really hoping the TMS would help me, I really wanted this treatment to go well, but he obstructed any kind of patient/doctor relationship with his personal agenda. This office is ridiculously hard to get a hold of. They fail at refilling prescriptions on time and leave their patients hanging when they need their medication. Dr. Bradley doesn't really listen to his patients, just talks the entire time. He finally got a receptionist and she's very, very rude! Definitely going to find a new doctor! read more

I went to Dr. Bradley to remove three stitches that were previously put into my finger at the Sutter Hospital emergency room. The fist thing I noticed is that the facility is not kept clean and there was no staff, just the doctor. Dr. Bradly proceeded to remove my stitches with minimal cleaning. I then experienced excruciating pain that equaled any I have had in my life....and I have had many accidents and broken bones. I looked down and saw that he was cutting the stitches the wrong way. I told him that the stitches ran the other way and he said "oh, okay". But the pain didn't diminish during the remainder of the removal. Dr. Bradley then administered an old crappy bandage that looked like it might have come from a cheap Chinese first aid kit. It did not look sterile and did not stick well. I changes the bandage as soon as I arrived home. I have removed my own stitches almost painlessly in the past and should have done so this time. Subsequent to my visit, Medicare and my insurance company were billed for and paid over $700 for "inpatient surgery". There is something wrong with that! The whole experience was very scary. I would NEVER visit Dr. Bradley again and NEVER recommend him to a dog. It is difficult for me to believe that he is licensed. It certainly doesn't speak well of the licensing system. read more

Dr. Bradley's office is not the most efficient. He has no nurses, receptionist or anyone else working there. I took my own weight, he had to check in people and answered at least 4 phone calls during my appointment. I did not feel that I had his attention. He gave me advice for the questions that I asked. The day after my appointment I went to the pharmacy to pick up my prescription he said he would fax in, they didn't have it and when I asked him about it he says "oh i meant to do that, sorry something came up last night, you can pick it up tomorrow" so 3 days after I needed that medicine I can pick it up, not efficient, and inconsiderate of patients needs. I feel that if he weren't doing ALL of the jobs he would be a better more attentive doctor. Hire a receptionist or nurse please! read more

Dr Bradley is an amazing, caring doctor. He will take all the time you need and listen. He does Not rush you in and out like other doctor offices. He is about living a healthy lifestyle, eating healthy. I see a post a man said he had to weight himself lol i did not realize it was.so difficult to stand on a scale and tell doctor the numbers flashing after the beep. Dr Bradley cares. Becasue he choses.not.to have staff he is able.to spend more time with his patients. read more

I have talked w/ Dr. Stephen Bradley twice in the past week. HE answered the phone BOTH times, which I thought was ODD & suspicious. Both times he didn't even say "hello" first. He said "hold please" really fast, then put me on HOLD! That was suspicious. First time that has EVER happened to me in 60+ years! He implied that he IS a Dermatologist, which is what I need. Then he made an appointment with me for NEXT WEEK! I was stunned, because other Dermatologists in Lakeport/Ukiah only have appointments available 2-3 months away! That was suspicious. Dr. Bradley genuinely cares about his patients. He spends extra time and listens to everything they have to say. He is friendly and compassionate. He does answer phones during his appointments like the previous review stated but he does take the extra time with his patients that so many doctors don't. He reminds me of the old days when doctors did everything they could to ensure their patient's well being. read more
