For Zipolite, this place would merit 3 or 4 stars. It has the failings common in Zipo restaurants: slow and random service by servers who seem not so much uncaring as they do unaware of the flow of typical restaurant meals.
Oddities:
I requested 'uno mas copa de vino' when my ladagna arrived, and the server promptly removed my first glass... which was still a quarter full. Five minutes later she delivered 1.0 glass, rather than 1.25. Sigh.
The lasagna was warm. As I neared the center of my (very large serving of) lasagna, I found it colder and colder. Disappointing.
I mentioned the cold lasagna to the Server as a paid my bill (tip is added automatically to charge cards), and she said I should have told her so they could make it right. Well, I would have if she had been around.
Also, they shouldn't rely on customers to tell them they are not sufficiently reheating their pre-made entrees.
These are not Covid issues, thos is just a typical Zipo restaurant delivering food that is good enough and not overpriced.
