For example, the chilaquiles are made with packaged chips instead of freshly fried tortillas, and the molletes feel reversed--mostly melted cheese sitting on a small layer of beans, instead of the classic bolillo with beans and a touch of cheese. They have things called bionicos which are basically your choice of fresh fruit, your choice of either prepared cream, yogurt or whipped cream and your choice of cereal such as granola, or various boxed cereal choices. They will tell you what they have on hand. They have chocos which are kind of like milkshakes but much lighter and airy! Not sure how they are made but they are very good. Their milkshakes are also very natural tasting and don't taste artificial. Nothing like a shake from the states but definitely a shake I come to expect to get from Mexico. This service was friendly and courteous however the wait can be about 10-15 minutes as everything is made fresh. Este Lugar esta muy delicioso. Venden chocos, biónicos y ensalada de frutas. It's tiny and they only accept cash in the form of pesos. It's on a hidden street near Juárez Park and near the opulent Rosewood Hotel. We happened upon this little gem after meandering through the beautiful Juárez Park. It was the perfect timing. The seating area is tiny, with 3-4 tables surrounded by plants in pots which double as the walls. Outside is a parking lot I think. Anyway if you meander by drop in and enjoy.

My friend Steve swears by the chocolate chip cookies. I have walked by a number of times and have wanted to try. My favorite children's book The Secret Garden by Frances Hodgson Burnett. It is a charming, peaceful little place. Love the living walls. I will have lunch and review again when I have time.
