Then you can order based on the different menu choices which include both of your drinks, the breakfast and tortillas or bread. My favorite choice here is always the Machacado con Huevo. It's enough food with a delicious northern taste. It always comes with flour tortillas. Another great option is the tamal sureño. Once piece of advice: normally Saturday's or Sunday's is packed...so you either come early to skip the wait, or wait for a table. Place is small, but has at least 10 tables. Enjoy!!

Service is very nice and very attentive. There are two kinda of coffee regular or cafe de Olla both are very good. They have sweet bread available to have before your main meal which is really good paired with the coffee. As usual I had the chilaquiles with a twist poblanos peppers, corn, chicken, egg, and cheese and a aide of salsa de chicharrón. DELISH!!!!! My husband also had the chilaquiles with salsa de chicharrón and like I said very good . highly highly recommend this restaurant.!!! They also serve fresh squeezed juice. It is best to get there a bit early to avoid having to wait.

I liked their melon water with fresh melons and it wasn't too sweet. Gave me a bunch of free stuff like chicharrones, chips and excellent guacamole. The tortilla soup was delicious and very much like the tortilla soup in the states. The arrachea (torn) beef tacos in a flour tortilla was my favorite and it came with more of that yummy guacamole. The beef had a great flavor somewhat like but not teriyaki. The best part is it's inexpensive and a great value for the money.

I'm thinking everyday is a different juice. We got served the guayaba, Nopal, pineapple and orange all blended together. You were able to really taste the guayaba. For starters we ordered a fruit bowl with yogurt, granola and honey on the side. This was a good starter plate . The waiters come to tour table offering fresh sweet bread ( optional with an extra cost) As I have previously stated I always order chilaquiles when they are on the menu. I liked them however I felt that the cheese was too over powering and they weren't as crunchy, plus the sauce needed to have a bit more of a kick to it . The view is very nice and the restaurant ambiance is relax perfect for brunch.

The place was very small and packed and no one is there to receive you and tell you how long is the wait. This to me shows that they have poor service and don't care for customers - especially foreign ones like myself. You have to walk up to them for a table and that's humiliating! If you're looking for a good breakfast restaurant in San Luis Potosí I recommend Refugio Tierra (which was closed today) and Berlín Café.

From the salsa lacking flavor to the omelette cooked by a chef that was clearly never taught to cook one. They had the consistency of rubber and was clearly unsalted. To top it off they always forget to send their homemade strawberry jam that I keep wanting to try but unfortunately they always manage to forget to put it in the bag. I really suggest you have someone at least makes sure that everything goes out with the order after completely failing to put any flavor in my palate.
