He went out of his way to make sure that my vehicle was safe to drive home, as well as taking his precious time (it was past closing time) to educate me on the problem, how to remedy it, and how to discuss it with my mechanic who sold it to me...making sure I understood their liability and how to approach the situation to be successful. GRATEFUL! This is a long review because I am still feeling SO much gratitude for my experience with General RV in Winter Garden.
