I like this gas station: they are open 24/7, they never have a sign on the door saying "back in 5…read moreminutes", like the other locations have had, they are clean, always stocked up on food, treats, snacks, drinks, etc. The ONLY issue that I would say about this location, is they next-to-never have the tobacco product/flavour I use (and this is more my issue, it may not apply to other customers). I would always buy food here when my dad goes to get gas for our car. They greet you with a warm welcome that makes you feel really comfortable, the atmosphere is warm and friendly. I don't care what anyone says. It remains a treat to have fuel service, whether or not I have to pay more at the pump. I'd rather not stand out in -20 degree weather fueling my own car. Usually, I buy the 3rd tier since it has the wax and shine that comes with it. It takes maybe 5 to 10 mins in the wash, also they provide 1 minute of air dry. Now, I lost 3 car magnets though because of the high pressure wash. So, my advice is that take the magnets out before the carwash. The clerks are nice, some are nice some aren't. Majority are nice. Their prices are average. When the price comes down, they normally follow suit. When the prices goes up, it doesn't go up right away, maybe the next day... Depends on the time of day the increase was. Inside the pay station, they have a mini convenient store that provides slushies, coffees, lottery, smokes...etc. Also, have washroom when you need to go. They also have ice, propane. Before you reach the car wash, they got tire pressure I can't remember if you have to pay or not. Also got vaccuum machine. Close by have Mr. Sub, then co-op supermarket, A n W, banks M and M store etc....

The pay-at-the pump keypads use mitten-friendly push-buttons, which is handy on a breezy winter day. Diesel is available. There's a coin operated air pump with a built in pressure gauge. Basic automotive supplies (oil, washer fluid, coolant etc) are available inside the Mac's store. I've noticed the fuel is delivered by ESSO fleet trucks.

Went for a car wash and discovered that their machine had broken down…read more Cashier gave us a car wash ticket number so that we can we can use the car wash, that we paid for, at a later date. Returned after a month and discovered that our number was invalid. The same cashier rudely told my wife that their basic car wash price had gone up and that they can't replace our ticket. My wife tried to explain that this was not our problem and that we did not get the service that we had originally paid for through no fault of our own. All this fell on deaf ears. Complained to Husky's Corporate office and after a couple of weeks, received an apology and a (not free since we paid for one already) car wash ticket. Will never return to this place again. Staff need more customer service training.

So he did so and ask me if I need a lottery today and I said no. When I went to the pump and try to pump up gas it said select another grade. So I went inside and ask the guy cashier inside the pump is not working and he replied "why". (what the hell I know its not my station) with tone on his voice. I said I dont know and he said what it say on the arrow. I said select another grade. And he told me what grade I need, I said premium and he said you dont tell me. Which I told him in the beginning of our conversation. Thats whats freak me out because he makes make a liar which I used premium for almost four years now and this is my first time to get blame on there mistake. To make story short It doesnt matter whos fault it is.My point is i am customer he should say oh sorry I'll change it. Instead he said "You dont tell me" rudely.
