I've been here several times and had the same issue, filed a complaint, gotten a voicemail from the Regional manager's office and called back multiple times during business hours without ever being able to get in touch with anyone. Girl who ruined pizza on Valentine's Day was rude on the phone after being told she sent raw pizza dough. This then caused a terrible stomachache as we did not realized it was raw until after. As a former employee I feel like there is a lot going on in a bad way at this Domino's specifically reasons are the manager Casey he is very odd if I may say so myself he gives off very much predator vibes when I was there he would give up clues and hints of like trying to flirt with me and then after the fact that I left he would text me like he found my number and the first thing he texted to my number was a eggplant emoji now keep in mind I was 17 I didn't turn 18 until this year February and I was employed there that September through I think early November because of reasons i have yet to add. Me personally wouldn't want to sell food that has been in touch with unwashed hands uncovered hands and just bacteria from hand that I didn't know any where it came from. The manager will always hit on other customers or talk about them sexually after they leave the store it was this one employee recently that I we had there and she was a driver casey he would you know talk to her in the flirtatious way always coming in her area and she actually came to me talking about Casey like that he's a little weird and I agree with her Cuz he very much is and that dominoes is just really wack and I this is coming from a former employee from this exact dominos . read more

We placed an order after 1 hour and 20 minutes we called to find out where our order was. We paid via phone. They girl that he picked up said they couldn't find our house even though they've been delivering to us several years. They said it was delivered to the wrong people and the GOOD people said they did not place an order. She then places us on hold without saying why or what was going on. The manager picked up the phone was loud rude and has NO PLACE IN MNGT. He said it would be here in 20 minutes that it was under the heat light. We said no we want a freshly made order. This location has the poorest service. I tried to order pizza by calling the store and was on hold for 10 minutes amd ni one picked up. This is the 3rd time they refused to pick up to take my order in the last month. They have now lost my business for good. When a coupon says you get a pizza for $12.99 and comes out WITH THE COUPON at 13.99, you expect management to handle it! They chose not to. I am concerned that most of the negative reviews for this location "are not factored in" to the overall rating. They are actually hidden from view when you click on this restaraunt so I am reposting this so people will have a more realistic idea of the service quality - or lack there of - they can expect from this poorly run franchise location. This is what I just sent to their corporate office: I ordered pizzas on your app @1:18pm. I called @2:05 to ensure they brought the receipt because they had not the prior 2 deliveries. They said the driver was going out the door right then with the pizzas and receipt. I called again @2:33 to cancel the order because no delivery had been made and I live 5min from the store. They said they would cancel and the driver had not left with the order yet. Unfortunately I will not be making any more purchases from this store and will now order the more expensive pizzas from a competing restaurant. I would like to know if/when this location comes under new management so I can again enjoy your product. Perhaps you could investigate what management issues are present at this store, I have lived here for a year and a half and have had numerous orders carelessly prepared and delivered with serious delays while being falsely reported completed on the app. I have had enough of the poor treatment. read more

OK, lately each order is getting worse, i order from Domino's a lot. I'm a creature of habit so i order pretty much the same thing, however who ever is in the kitchen has left the love out of my pizza three times in a row, my last order had way to much bbq sauce, so this time i asked for light sauce,,they gave me none, pizza was crispy on edges and wet and soggy in the middle to the point the bottom of the box was wet, my wings had sauce dripping in the box under the foil........ i prefer my sauce on my wings.......looks like i will be changing pizza joints... read more

I've been a Domino's customer for many years and have never had a complaint worth writing about. However, after recently moving to the Zion area and ordering from the local Domino's branch, I have found myself unable to remain silent about the service. I placed my order via the Domino's app and received my confirmation email stating that my pizzas would arrive in 21-31 minutes. I finally received my order over an hour later. At this point, the delivery guy, who looked and smelled like he just walked out of a weekend's worth of Comic Con, showed up and handed me my order. The pizza boxes looked like they had gone for a joy ride in the back of this guy's car. They were smashed and dented. Still, I left the guy a decent tip and went inside... only to discover luke-warm and cold pizzas, undercooked (read: white and floppy) thin crust pizza, and an over all look that said the pizza had been sitting for a long while before making it to its final destination. I thought it was strange that the pizza sat in the 'checking for quality' section of the Domino's tracker for 30 minutes...I gave the benefit of the doubt that the server had prematurely hit the update button. I was wrong. I have never had such a poor experience with Domino's before, thus the reason for continuously giving the benefit of the doubt. I certainly hope this was a one time mess-up. At this point though, I am not sure I want to give them a second chance. read more
