fast food? !! Not at…read morethis branch. The last 4 times I have been has been drive through ( a month apart thereabouts ) I have had to park up and wait for over 10 minutes for simple orders. 3 of these occasions they got my order wrong. Last time they wanted me to go round the drive through again and order what they had missed out again. I refused ! I had already waited 15 minutes for my order parked up in the waiting bay..( yet again ). I kicked up a fuss and they put the order through bringing the card machine to me ( I had children in the car so was unwilling to drag them all out in the cold in to the branch itself. The fries where cold... ( seems top be the norm at this branch ). I complained via email to the manager and was promised some vouchers for the hassle. Which still haven't appeared in the post 5 weeks later. hmm.. Will not return there unless its an emergency and every other food outlet is shut! ;-)

This Nando's location in Warrington town centre has impressed me since my last visit, it seems…read moreevery standard has been improved including cleanliness, service and food quality. The store was spotless, even on a mildly busy day in town with England's month-long lockdown, the second of its' kind ending. The staff seemed super friendly, they were apologetic when a small issue arose of the contactless card-reader not working, meaning after trying to use Apple Pay, chip and pin, swiping my card and contactless, I had to go to the till, but this wasn't much of a big deal. My chicken was cooked well, it had nice flavours, I did find the chips to be a little bland but I often find this is the case when they change the oil recently at Nando's, so this wasn't a big deal. There was no wait for a table, which is good as with this being the first day of them re-opening, I was expecting a long wait, so that was an added bonus. Definitley getting back on track and a decent Nando's location. 4*

I have called in here after getting the last train home from Liverpool or Manchester and always satisfied the hunger. Not recommended for females in small groups later on.
