It'll be greasy and dry at the same time, and won't taste of, well, anything. First of all there was no friendly "hello" so I said it to him instead, for a few seconds he just stared at me as if I was some sort of creature from another planet before muttering "Hi". Even though I asked if he could wait until I'd finished loading my shopping onto the belt before he started putting my shopping through the checkout but he ignored me. When it came to paying he told me what my shopping cost but there was no "please" to be fair I think he did mumble "thank you" when I handed over my money and when he saw me looking at his name badge he did manage a smile and said goodbye...no doubt he'd starrted to wonder if I was a mystery shopper. I would have complained on the customer service desk about his attitude but ther was noone to be seen, hence my review here. I work in retail myself and therefore know that good manners cost nothing and it is something this young man should be told.

Off Licence department very reasonable and extensive, often has offers on beer and wine and champagne. Great fresh fish counter and butchery. Fantastic value all under one roof. Only black mark I would give it is that the sale by dates are often very nearly out of date but great for a large family with big and healthy appetites.

At Iceland they sell most foods, fridges, drinks and toileteries. Some of their three for five pound platters are okay but some of their platters are dodgy and get squashed. Their fridges are okay but do not last very long and break very quickly. The have five tills, but only have one open normally which means you have to take a while and they take ages scanning it.
