Asked for a large container of Parmesan cheese. Shows up, driver tells me it's in there and seems like she knows about the cheese! (come to find out, the driver is the one who took my order, very nice girl) called just to make sure it's not a charge on my card! Miss Manager tells me that I already have a credit on my account ( due to a mess up that happened a year ago) and that's all they could do for me. I stated I just called to let them know and to make sure there is no charge. Miss Manager pops off at the mouth telling me "If we always mess up your food, you can always go somewhere else"! Great fine with me! Nice customer service!! Seems like she could use a training. Food is still good, just watch out for the bitchy manager with a chip on her shoulder!!

I asked, wasn't the bacon included and he couldn't say for sure but I know I ordered it. He came back with four slices of bacon. When he brought my bill to me, I saw everything was separated out and I asked if there wasn't a bill with everything inclusive for the price? He then came back with another bill that was $.30 higher. What the heck, my meal came out in pieces, eggs, and potatoes. I already had coffee, then he brought my toast out, and then he brought the bacon out after asking about it, so my eggs were cold when I actually started eating them. I really was disappointed! So when I paid the bill for $13.88, I gave a $20 bill and my change was brought back a dollar less than what it should've been. I got $5.12 instead of $6.12. But I had to question him if that was correct and he said yes believe it or not.. I'm not sure I will be back. I'm sure I will not be back by myself but if I'm in a group, I may have to go in with a them? Music playing is excessively loud for having conversations. Good music, just too loud!! Menu is typical for a bar and they have daily specials. But not on a Friday and Saturday so we were out of luck. Since they are know for the burger we decided that was our choice. 2 smash burgers with grilled onions, burger sauce, cheese, and we added pickle. Burger came promptly about 10 mins later. I got to tell you this burger was delicious! No lie! It was crispy on the edges and moist and flavorful in the middle. The crispy edges were amazing. Plus it's big. I ate 1/2. It comes with fries. But you can get tator tots too. I got the fries. They are the coated kind. I'll be honest I am not a fan of coated fries. Should have gotten the tator tots. Those were better. But didn't know. Next time I do. There are a few locations. And other restaurants under this ownership in the area. I guess the ownership is throughout the far east side, we spoke to the server and she said they are good people and have good reputation too. That's good.
