Absolutely the worst. Walked in fri to place a large order for sat. Told me I couldn't do it. Had to be done on sat. Went to store on sat told me after I paid that I'd have to pick it up. Sent my mom. When she got there four hours later to pick up. The guy said he wouldn't start it for thirty minutes would I like to cancel it? My mom said I'll have to walk out to my car and get my phone to call my daughter. When she went back in he said that he canceled it. He screamed at me in the phone. My pizza sat for 31 mins I quality check and it is still waiting 30mins later for the delivery. Parts of my orders have been missing and in one case I received someone else's order. Ordered 6 hours in advance. Tracker said pizza was ready 15 minutes before delivery time. I called when it was 15 min. late and was told it was leaving now. I literally live 1 mile from store. After 25 more minutes food arrived cold and missing 1/3 of order. I ordered 3 things - they brought 2. Had similar problem last time I ordered, so there won't be a next time. read more

First time I ordered my food was in quality check for an hour, every time I leave a tip off my card and ask for my food to be left the delivery driver knocks and stands around and hangs out for awhile, this last order was a Mediterranean sandwich which is supposed to be meatless but there was ham all over it! I placed a delivery order with 6 items on it and when i checked to see how much longer, they had canceled it and said to call the store. I called the store 4 times and nobody was picking up. So i drive 8 minutes to the store and walk in to an empty store, sat at the front for at least 5 min waiting for someone to come out of the back, all to be told that they canceled it because they didn't have a delivery driver. Mind you at this point every worker there at the time had come out to speak to me and see what the problem is, not one of them are able to drive? Moving on, I used one of my free pizza coupons so my total was $22 and some change before the delivery fee and the tip. So they wanted me to reorder my entire order even though i don't have another coupon, "and they would do what they can to bring down the price" then tells me that the lowest they can get it is $28. MIND YOU i'm standing in the store!!! Meaning there was no delivery fee and definitely no tip so i disagreed and suggested they figure something better out. ...... $4 is how much they could help me... Truly a terrible experience, and dominos has almost always had perfect service and even used to give you your order for free if curbside pickup took longer than 2 minutes. So if your taking anything from me, i suggest you not go to this location due to the workers being there for their extra free time rather than running the buisness and i will not be ordering from here again. Dominos had gotten so much better over the past few years. The pizza is better the sauces better and they've had some pretty good deals. Not the case last night when we visited this location. Called in and heard about a special 599 for a two topping medium. Once the agent finally came online we ordered two pizzas. We were not told that they now upcharge for garlic Parmesan sauce. When we got to the store the price was about $2 more than it should have been. We asked why and once they figured it out they told us it was because we got that kind of sauce. We argued that we've never been charged for that before and that we've been regular customers at several other Dominos. The young boy at the register really had a don't care attitude but eventually a person came out who I assumed was a manager. He told me it was a corporate thing that they couldn't change the price. Both of those guys just shrugged their shoulders and gave me a funny look. I said okay I'll go somewhere else. And I did. I guess Dominos got to throw away two pizzas and lost a customer. What kind of way is that to run a business? When you do a customer wrong they will tell at least one other customer or in this case they will tell Yelp. I won't be visiting Dominos again unless they stop upcharging for things and not telling you that on the phone. read more

The management here is TERRIBLE. I came in to pick up my pizza, which i decided not to buy after the woman(who i later found out was the manager) began to make fun of me. After calling to complain I found out her name was Amy. She was awful to her employees, blaming them, for her bad mouth. Dominos needs to seriously reconsider if they want her on their team! read more
