My family and I were heading back from Great Lakes Crossing after a long day of shopping, so we decided to get some pizza instead of cooking. Dominos is a famous pizza chain/franchise that's well known. We stopped by this place, which is located on E Court Street, the same street that Courtyard and Courtland Center is on. When we walked in, we were greeted by the lovely employees and the smell of pizza baking in the oven. I looked over to my left and saw a chalkboard with their specials and some drawings from little kids. I thought that it was ADORABLE with little stick figures and hearts all over it. We looked at the specials on the board, which was "Choose 2 of these items for $5.99 each". Some of the specials listed were: medium pizza with 2-toppings, oven baked sandwiches, specialty pastas, stuffed cheesy bread, brownies, 8 piece chicken wings, etc. My family and I chose the medium pizza(italian sausage and beef) and specialty pasta(Italian sausage marinara pasta). About 5 minutes after we ordered, my mom decided that she wanted to change the pasta order to the oven baked sandwich(Philly CheeseSteak). The employees there were very accommodating and said that it wasn't a hassle even though they had already begun baking the pasta. I sat inside to wait for the pizza order while my mom headed back to my car. Since it wasn't busy and it was kind of late already, the employees just gathered in the kitchen and talked. They were eating watermelon and saw that I was just sitting alone, so they offered me some too. I gladly accepted their offer and it actually made my day since they were all so nice and joked around with me. The order took about 10-15 minutes to come out, which was pretty fast. When I went to get my pizza, the guy who worked at the cashier mentioned that he gave us the pasta with no extra charge. I was so happy at how kind they all were and that they had to fix the orders to accommodate what we wanted. When we got home, we started digging into our pizzas. The pizza was seasoned nicely and the crust was cooked well. The pasta dish had the perfect amount of spices, marinara sauce, sausage, and cheese. I didn't have any of the philly steak sandwich but I was told that it was pretty good also. Overall, my experience with the employees and food were excellent. I would definitely come back here to order pizza again when I have the chance. read more

"Because of the holiday," we suck. No. You suck for some other reason. Pizza and soda with grandkids, turned sad. Starting downhill with a 30-minute "Quality Check" and still had at best warm-ish pizza and water, because the store decided to deliver without soda, 'because of the holiday' pizza is all you get. Did receive $5 in-house store credit, that I could use during next visit to the grandkids, but not a phone call offering a substitution or adjusting the charge. I ordered online at 3:27 pm. Dominos tracker said Kenneth left the store at 3:46 pm. I live 1.5 miles or 5 minutes away according to Google Maps. Pizza arrived at 4:20 pm. I was going to tip $10 if he made it in 33 mins. It took 34 mins. I still tipped $6 or 20%. I used to deliver pizza many years ago and I have always been a good tipper. You snooze you lose. I've ordered from this location many times through the years. Since 2020, the delivery service from this location has continued to be later & later. Now I cannot even get a person to pick up the phone to help. Tonight, I ordered online as I usually do, was told through the tracker that it would arrive at 7:09, but it never said "out for delivery." It is now 8:03 pm. I tried calling multiple times for the past 15 minutes, and the line just keeps ringing. I tried to call the Davison location just to see if they had any insight, asked for the manager, but instead was told to keep calling the other location, that they cannot help. The manager would not even come to the phone. I was calm and not rude, just trying to get answers or help from somewhere/someone. I will no longer be ordering from either location. Update: I changed the review rating from 1 to 2. I drove up to the restaurant to see if they had lost power or if there was a good reason for the above. They are so short-staffed that they cannot even keep up with the online orders let alone answer the phone. The manager did reimburse me for the difficulty and offered to make fresh. If your thinking of ordering from here ... don't. My wife loves dominos but we never order from here anymore because they always take forever to make a pizza. (I wish there was another Dominos close by) After a long debate on where to get Pizza from I finally gave in and let my wife choose Dominos once again. I was expecting disappointment..... but my wife wanted to give this location one last try. We ordered and I was told 15-20 min. From past experiences we know it's a mistake to ask to deliver it ... so we decided we would pick it up. We arrived 20 min later and was told 5 more minutes. So we paid for our pizza. Another customer waiting laughs and after the cashier walked in the back he tells us he had been waiting 45 minutes already. 15 minutes goes by and the other customers pizza finally comes out. He tells the cashier he won't be back. We ask about our pizza and after some confusion among the workers, we find out that our pizza hasn't even been started yet. We're told it will be at least 25-30 minutes more. By this time it had already been 40 minutes since we ordered. I asked for a refund and called Little Ceasers on Belsey road. I ordered at 9:30pm. Called at 10:35 to check on delivery. I was immediately put on hold and they never came back to the phone. I called right back and the guy on the end of the line couldn't tell me whether my order had left the restaurant or not. I asked if I would get my order by 11 PM and he couldn't answer that either. I then asked if I should just come pick my order up because I live two minutes away. He couldn't answer that either. At 10:45 I drove to the restaurant where I was ignored by the girl running the cash register, Gabrielle, Alexis or something? Server 6037. When I finally told her the situation she typed on the computer for about 10 minutes and then walked to the back of the restaurant. She told me she would rering my order. She then gave me a discount and since they were swamped I wrote a one dollar tip on the receipt. She then ignored me for 10 minutes taking phone calls and putting them on hold. I finally jumped up and asked a guy I saw in the back whether my order was ready. He looked confused and came back and told me that my order wasn't in the oven yet. First time I ordered they said I put in my address wrong I double checked and it wasn't but they said it was so they took my food back to the store and tried to tell me they were gonna cancel my order bc I was being which I was not. Second time they forgot half my order at the store and I had to wait over and hour for them to bring it to me. I called to see what the hold up was and was put on hold for over twenty minutes and they never came back to the phone. Third time I ordered I waited over two hours for my food to be delivered and by the time I got my food it was cold. Pan pizza half flat and they didn't even cut my other pizza. We've ordered from this place a few times before, but one experience totally ruined the cake and has steered us away from them for a very, very long time. We tried to order a pizza online. Their online tracker never updated, so we called them as their tracker really likes to just not function. We were told it would be 40 minutes late. Okay, irritating, but I am a patient man. But this is where it gets interesting. 40 minutes come and go, and nothing happens. We wait ten minutes past that. Nothing. We call them - and they've closed. They debited our money from our card, then closed 50 minutes after. No pizza at our door, no product delivered. We had to call another store in another town to find out if they'd all closed. Turns out they hadn't, and the Court St. branch closed early with no permission. Eventually we did get our money back, but we ended up eating at nearly 10 pm because of their terrible service and near-theft. Never, ever going to order from Domino's again. I do not know if this is only this branch, but it sticks out so sorely in our minds that we do not want to trust them with our card information or our money again. read more

One of the 3 pizzas I ordered did not have a ingredient the website offered. The manager offered to give him a 2lt for the inconvenience. However when he went to leave the restaurant with the 2lt the manager yelled at him and told him he was stealing... WHAT THE F***!! My husband and I pretty regularly (1-2 times a month for over a year) order from this dominos and they consistently take an hour to and hour and a half to deliver, we live 5 miles away. It's not the best option, but it is the cheapest, so we over looked it, until today. Today, after waiting our typical 90 minutes the delivery driver brought our pizza and a message from the manager. He said, "my manager told me to tell you that you're technically not in our delivery area and you shouldn't order anymore." Alright, no problem guess you don't want our money too badly. My husband was very confused, so he called the store, the employee answering the phone was very rude and all but refused to put the manager on the phone without a detailed reason for our call. Once she finally put the manager on the phone, she attempted to argue with my husband, then actually checked the delivery area. Guess what?!
