Ridiculous attitudes by the employees and the manager. Cannot seem to make a simple pizza and get it out on time. Called to ask where my pizza was after an hour and got yelled at by some lady because she "only had one driver". I mentioned that the tracker said the pizza had been out of the oven for 45 minutes, she yelled at me again saying "it's on it way!" It arrived barely warm so we pitched it. Called tonight to order another one, because it's Belen and options are limited and got another lady with a bad attitude so I just hung up. I'm not putting up with that to give a company money for a most likely trash pizza. Ordered four large pizzas for our girls basketball team and waited over 40 minutes. Called the restaurant back just to be told that my order was never put in and the pizzas weren't even done at all I asked why and the only answer they could give me was that they did not have an actual address after I told him that the pizzas were being ordered to go on to the high school. I was told me that I have to go online to place the order and that they could re-order the pizzas I told him that it was not necessary that I take my business elsewhere. This was my last delivery choice that I really liked because they have contactless drop off. Found out today, that doesn't then also indicate the customer would like the driver in a mask. Today is the first day since the mandate dropped that a driver showed up without a mask on. Requested: contactless drop off. I thought they would then understand that meant all safety measures. The worst pizza known to man. Period. I picked up my order and on my way home my car seat got soaked with oil coming out of the pizza and bread sticks. The food was literarily soaked in oil and had to be disposed. I called the place and asked nicely what happened? They wouldn't give a refund even though their website says satisfaction guarantee. To make matters worse I was promised a free pizza next time I order just to later be told there was no record of such promise. Look at the pics. I was in Rio Communities visiting family. I tried getting delivery and told delivery wasn't available in my area. Its only 4 miles. So I go in and pick up my order. I went threw the drive thru. We've lived here for years and have NEVER had a good experience with delivery. The person taking orders over the phone does not realize that we will give answers to her questions and that those answers are supposed to be recorded in order to place the order. We repeat things 2-4 times and then get something completely different anyway. Once our delivery person delivered our pizza even after having it fly off the seat of his car while speeding around a corner (his admission). He didn't think we'd notice an entire pizza smooshed into the corner of the box in one triangular glob of grease. We're officially done with Domino's. read more

We called and asked the lady on the phone if we could make and order for delivery she sounded philipino or something like that, she asked for our address and when i gave it to her she asked if we wanted to be redirected to someone who spoke "mexican" I said it was okay because im bilingual and kept ordering but she was very slow and kept repeating what i had already told her. I asked for the 6.99 coupon and she told me she put the coupon in but, After a few minutes of her finally getting our order in she says the coupon isn't available at their store but we always order there with the same coupon and it goes through every time. I asked if she could Check and then she said the coupon WAS available.I then asked if she could repeat the order and she repeated them all as "large" but the coupon is for medium pizzas only. If you guys can change who is on the phone that would be much more helpful then explaining ourselves more then 5 times. Thank you. read more

The Domino's in Belen, NM is AWESOME!! We ordered the pizza over the phone and when we arrived to pick it up discovered it had mistakenly been delivered to another person. The crew was very apologetic and really turned this fiasco around; remade the pizza, gave us a full refund (for waiting 20min for fresh pizza) AND 3 free items added in!!
