My response was that this was fine, i simply didn't want the sauce. Again I was told that this would make the meal dry, and again I gave the same response. I was then denied this AGAIN and told the chef wouldn't like this as the dish would not be as it should. Due to feeling like I was being argued with I said, fine I'll have the same as my friend. It also took several tries to order iced coffee's NOT iced chocolates. You shouldn't feel exhausted ordering a quick dinner before a movie. Bad service from a man who I think was the manager. Asking a customer if they're ready to order when asked 30 seconds prior by another staff member is pretty stand offish and not appreciated. I was interrupted more often than not asking if I was finished I think 3 or 4 times during the duration. Strangely, there was what seemed like 50 waiters and waitresses almost out numbering the patrons, yet the wait to order was marathon. Then the patronizing question they always give you at Hog's Breath Franchises "do you know how it all works here?" I am yet to see how their ordering system is so complex that I need a juvenile waiter to look at me crossed eyed to comfort me through the dire process. Bla bla bla it's hogs breath the food is the same everywhere- average and overpriced. I ordered a steak cooked Blue and it came out medium. Come on, isn't steak your thing? I liked the pepper sauce though, felt a bit gravox packet mix, but it was in context which was comforting. I suspect their mash is also from a packet too, seemed powdery. Kudos on the new menu though, it looks great but I did not see evidence on delivering any promise. The staff and service are atrocious. The meal was great apart from the fact that there wasn't enough of it. The fish was beautifully cooked but small. It was accompanied by a small salad. After I'd eaten it I was still hungry. I was very disappointed and didn't feel I'd received value for money. Having said that please don't let this put you off from paying them a visit. I still give them maximum stars and will continue to go there.
