They kept us on hold for thirty minutes after the app continuously failed. Tried calling again asking to speak to a manager but then got left on hold for another 10 minutes until the store was closed. Customer service number sent us to a faulty website. Lots of respect for this location since they always put out quality food throughout the entire day. Every sandwich on the the menu is prepared to perfection. The pasta compares to that of a fancy dine-in restaurant. And the pizza is perfect for any occasion and will always satisfy a crowd. Don't even get me started on the mouth-watering marbled brownie. This is by far the worst service I've ever seen. I ordered $40+ worth of food and when I came to pick it up they first couldn't find my order in the system didn't know what store they were at my order wasn't completely ready my pizza was sitting off to the side in the returned area then all the sudden my order started popping up, everything is cold and dry the thin crispy pizza soggy the pasta is dry and hard the sandwiches are poorly made and also dry , with 3 managers on the shift this is unacceptable! I have been a loyal customer to this location for over 10 years. After having 2 issues, which was for our dinner tonight as I was home with bronchitis, talked down and said she will only make me one more and that's it. I did say not to talk to me that way I am the customer she then offered me credit instead. I said but this was supposed to be our dinner. She then said she wasn't going to continue with this conversation advised the managers name and said he will be there tomorrow then hung up on me. I have NEVER had a problem or complained over the past 10 years about any of my orders. But to be treated this way after being a customer for so long is not how you keep customers. Tonight, the first time the order was wrong and the second order was so burnt that it looked like bbq sauce was on it. From the the first order beng wrong they did send out another one right away (the burnt one) which is why I am providing the one star as the drivers were nice. But after that treatment.. there are many other pizza deliveries around town. I never had this issue, and I don't want to even want to have that issue again. And I am the one who praises restaurants on Yelp. read more

When I cancelled there was no apology or explanation why they couldn't get the food out. Pretty ridiculous, needless to say I won't call anymore. Tonight was a rough night for Dominos. I ordered by phone and glad I did. The online tracking was off, which honestly, makes total sense. It's a Friday night, pizza is in high demand. An online tracker can't possibly account for how many people are staffed and the traffic situation that delivery drivers run into. Even if it could, how many people really get their Fedex or UPS shipments on time, to the minute? Amazon's logistics services are the closest as far as a tracker would go, and I'd say they still suck because packages will be thrown at doors to keep their tight schedule. So, for a busy Friday, or any typically busy day for pizza, I'll always call. The people working will have a much more realistic idea of when they can have your pizza ready. We went to pick up our pizza to save a few minutes of wait time. Frankly, I'm glad we did. It gave me a different appreciation for the people working there. The manager or ranking staff member was putting out fires the whole time. Not to mention the fact that he would tell those who called in, that the tracker didn't seem to be keeping up with their realistic schedule. They were looking at roughly an hour to an hour and a half, depending on the order. When I called, the gentleman I spoke with gave us a fairly timely estimate. Our pizza was ready within 5-10 minutes of the quoted time. Pretty on point. I feel terrible for the amount of trouble this team received from rude and unappreciative customers. They aren't the only people who are hungry and if they are so worried about their timeline, get fast food or oven baked pizzas next time. Show some appreciation to those who are working hard to satisfy our growing community. We have vastly outgrown our pizza shops. read more

This was my first time ordering from dominos and I was very pleased! I ordered pizza without cheese which can easily get dried out, but they put plenty of sauce even though I forgot to ask. Not my favorite pizza, but it will do for the money. The only reason why we order from here is because they are good about not having cross contamination issues for my son who had a peanut allergy. I do appreciate the extra care taken by the staff with making sure safety of the food comes first. read more

I just recently moved to this area and so I have only ordered from this Domino's a total of three times. Consistently, my pizza is perfect, just as I ordered it, and is very hot. The service is extremely fast and friendly, too. This is much better than the service I was accustomed to from my old location in Charlotte. I've ordered from this location a couple times. Good location and easy to get in and out. The website makes it easy to order what you want and how you want it. The pizza is always cooked well and tastes good. As good as it could be with pizza chain pizza. I recently ordered the bbq chicken wings. They just seemed really fatty and pretty much tasteless. I'm sure it's not this stores fault - as I assume they are just a general wing sent to each location for prep. I think I'll just stick to ordering pizza. read more

In short, this area has several other choices for pizza ... pick any one of them instead of this store. Tonight we had our third consecutive bad experience after ordering from this location every week for at least the last year. All of the incidents were service related, but it hasn't been the drivers, who are always delightful. The problem is the operational group that stays at the store. Sure, the pizza tastes like Dominos pizza, but the service falls well short of Dominos service. After waiting for an hour for our delivery order (for our two kids), my wife called the store to see how much longer it would be. The girl who answered the phone, Brianna (sp?) said "He's on his way", offered no apology, and then hung up the phone. 20 minutes later, the pizza still hadn't arrived, even though we live 5 minutes away, so we called again. The same girl answered and again offered no apology, said "He's on his way", at which point my wife asked for a full refund and the manager's name. The pizza eventually did arrive, 90 minutes after it was ordered. It's so funny that Domino's is currently running this big ad campaign about managers who run out of the store to make things right when expectations aren't met. It seems that culture doesn't exist at this Domino's, and it's really unfortunate. We will be going elsewhere for our weekly pizza run, and recommend anyone reading this do the same until corporate comes in and overhauls their service. read more

This location is the WORST! I ordered online 90 minutes ago and was told it would be 50-60 minutes. Then when I checked the tracker they've pulled a switcheroo and changed the time to 80-90 minutes. We ordered our pizza online with a time quoted of 45-50 minutes for delivery. An hour went by, then 90 minutes. We checked online and it wasn't even in the oven. My husband tried calling, the automated hold voice babbled for 10 minutes. I called and got through to a human. They said it would be at least another 45 minutes till we got our pizza. Something was wrong with the website they said. No offer of compensation or acceleration of our delivery was made. We cancelled our order and ordered from Danny's with a quote of 35-40 minutes. While I was sitting there waiting for my pizza one of the "boys" working wiped his nose with the back of his hand two times and never went and washed them before starting the next order with NO gloves. This location is right by our house so we hardly ever have too long to wait. Almost always perfect service. Once they didn't deliver the marinara sauce with our cheese bread. Another time we ordered for advanced delivery and they cooked it too early and left it sitting for about 20 minutes before delivering. Pizza was barely warm. WOW! So we order 3 pizzas for pick up through the app. We wait a bit then the app lets us know our pizzas are ready. We show up to pick them up, pay and then we are told they are not ready. I said "but wait the app said they were ready". Then I find out that they messed up one of the pizzas and they are just starting to make it again. However, the other 2 are just sitting there. I told them to make all of them over so that the other 2 are not getting cold and stale. They tell me the pizzas will be ok and can offer me a drink. I asked for my money back and promised to never come back again! Worst customer service..they should have comped me at least one of the pizzas if not all of them. read more

We have shopped at this location for some time, however, in the last 6 months, the quality of the food has definitely gone down. We ordered a pizza tonight and it was dry with fewer toppings. This is the second time this has happened in the last month. I have discussed this with the management, however, their only reply is to give me a coupon for a future purchase. So I called back right after I received it to ask for a refund for the soda (not even the terribly made pizza), and Rob, a worker there, asks me..."I don't understand what I can do about it?" I ordered on line the evening of Dec. 20th for pickup at 11:15 am on Dec. 21st. I called to verify the receipt of the order and the young lady confirmed it had been received. Also, an email was sent to me. It was easy because I had studied the menu and was ordering lunch for myself and four co-workers. We got 2 medium/1 topping pizzas, breadsticks, cinnamon dessert and one liter drink for $19.99 plus tax. This price includes a small donation to St. Jude Hospital. It was ready when I arrived for the pickup. We added our own salad and everyone enjoyed the meal. read more
