Don't go here if you have thyroid issues or Hashimotos. My TSH needs to be around 1 or less to feel…read morelike I can function during the day. My hair started massively shedding and I could hardly get out of bed so I made an appointment here to have a doctor in Vegas. When my labs came back my TSH was over 3 and I was expecting to be put on meds to get it back to 1, but I was told 3 is totally ok and I should feel fine. Dr Izkhakov said he didn't know why my hair would be falling out but I should do a sleep study since I can't sleep well (yeah, the high TSH does that) and it might be stress related (I have zero stress.) I sent my lab work to my last endo in Arizona and he immediately prescribed me thyroid meds again to lower my TSH. I already feel a million times better. Dr Izkhakov doesn't listen to how people actually feel and just assumes not having extremely high TSH numbers means we should feel amazing. I'll never leave my Arizona endocrinologist after this disaster, he at least listens and tries to figure out what to fix. I wasted $475 getting told nothing was wrong with me and my Hashimotos levels are fine when I felt like death and I'm rapidly going bald. Horrible. Added a star because I didn't have a long wait in the lobby and his assistants are nice.

Dr. I was knowledgeable during my initial consultation. As a patient with a history of low…read moretestosterone following an orchiectomy during stage 4 testicular cancer treatment, I needed testosterone replacement therapy. While the doctor prescribed the appropriate medication, the administrative handling of my care was severely lacking. When I attempted to pick up my prescription, the pharmacy informed me that a prior authorization was required. Despite leaving numerous voicemails at the front office, no one returned my calls. The staff only responds through the patient portal, and even then, communication is slow. I eventually went to the office in person to request they submit the prior authorization, and they assured me they would. After checking with the pharmacy for three consecutive days with no progress, I contacted my insurance company directly. They informed me the prior authorization had been denied because it wasn't submitted on time--they received it the day after the denial. The office agreed to file an appeal through the portal, which took weeks to months to process, only to be denied again. After spending over three months trying to get a single, medically necessary medication approved, I have nothing to show for it. The staff appeared annoyed when I followed up, which felt particularly unfair given that proper initial handling would have saved everyone significant time and frustration. I will not be returning to this practice.

I am bursting at the seams with gratitude and happiness right now and I just have to give kudos to…read moreDr. Nikogosian as he has truly been instrumental in my ongoing journey to regaining my quality of life!!! Without going into all of the details of my issues I will just say that after getting some sort of virus 2.5 years ago my life was flipped upside down. Most of my issues have revolved around nonstop varying levels of sensory distortions. Feeling a sense of movement when there is none, feeling improper weight/pressure being put on my body that doesn't match reality, "hot spots" on my skin that move around and don't match reality, tinnitus and auditory distortions, flashing and glitters in my vision or seeing things tilting when they're not, and so on. Basically all of my senses have been experiencing varying levels of distortion for TWO AND A HALF YEARS! That is a very very long time. Lately I've been getting more and more "normal" moments, minutes, hours, and days than I ever have since all of this started!!! I am not even able to properly express how much this means to my life and the level of gratitude that I feel for having met this doctor. If you are anyone you know are struggling with any health issues I seriously couldn't recommend him more (and this is coming from someone that has seen 25+ doctors from all different backgrounds from all over the country)!! Dr. Nikogosian practices functional medicine but he is also an MD (most functional doctors are not)!! This was the PERFECT blend for me and I am so grateful for everything he is doing to help me. He is by far one of the most knowledgeable doctors I have ever met and he is very methodical and thorough in his approach. His critical thinking skills are also on point!!

DR. WILLIAM LITCHFIELD isn't one of these robber barons. He extends himself to help his patients to the best of his ability and he makes them well. I am one of these fortunate patients. Under his expert and intelligent care, I just had the best results I've had in a long time, I feel good and I knew that I would IF I did my part as a patient and LISTENED TO HIM, followed his instructions. I am now 8 lbs from my goal weight, my blood results are normal and for me that is a miracle. It's the middle of the year but it feels like Christmas because of the hope he gave me. This remains true, if you want the best Endocrinologist go to him. IF it's possible for you to wait for an appointment, do so because it will be worth it. Thank you DR. However, the staff just not friendly or helpful... god forbid you have to call for more information, or something you need over the phone because they are so rude... If you ask them to email information you need, they say they have no email and get mad at you for asking for such a thing, like what year is it? Many of the doctors around the area offer to do this, have apps and even chat systems... I recently had to ask to get information on a referral given to me and I misplaced it, the visits are around 3 months apart... I asked for the doctors phone number or location or if they could email me a copy, and they gave me the name and told me to google it... I google the name and it shows 3 doctors with the same name, great... quite shocking to be so unhelpful and uncaring... I have been wanting to switch doctors for 2 years but not because of the doctors, just the staff... I have been tossed like a hot potato from doctor to doctor, because they keep leaving in the past 2-3 years. So I'm finally done and now looking for a new doctor too. If doctors also keep leaving there's a reason...

Initial purpose of visit was to renew a prescription for my thyroid medication, which I knew would require blood work. Came in today and left with a prescription to start immediately, documents to take for my blood work at any nearby Quest center, and a follow up set for 3 weeks out. Very decent! Office staff at front desk was friendly and helpful. Doctor assistant I saw for weight/BP and initial visit conversation was pleasant and personable. Doctor himself came in quickly, was professional with a warm demeanor, and addressed my concerns thoroughly before moving on. The most impressive part though, is that from first walking in and completing initial paperwork, to waiting for a room, taking down my stats, seeing the doc, getting my prescription, and paying/setting my follow up appointment - I was in and out in under 45 minutes.

Dr. Falcone doesn't deliver babies anymore & I only need her for GYN needs as I'm not looking to get pregnant. She always arrives in the exam room with a big smile, she's super friendly, knowledgeable, gentle, caring & doesn't make you feel rushed. She's a great listener to any concerns or questions I have. One time when I arrived for my yearly exam I was super stressed after getting some bad news from my job & she actually took the time to let me confide in her on what was going on. This was so appreciated & she didn't need to do this for me, thank you because it helped to talk about the issue with the 1st human I happened to come in contact with after getting the phone call from my boss. I did have an issue with a staff member while waiting to be seen last year. She didn't normally work the front desk but she had a horrible demeanor & wasn't very professional. I did find out today that she no longer works there & that the doctor's had replaced their staff due to having too many issues with them so if you have run into any issues with them please give the doctor's another chance. I even had an issue getting a hold of my MD's MA last year & scheduling an appointment earlier this year. It does make it hard for patient's when they love their doctor but not their staff & unfortunately unprofessional, uneducated & rude staff can affect their practice. I was glad to know that something has been done about it. I love how they have their own lab in house so I don't have far to go when I want blood work done with my yearly exam. The phlebotomist has always been really nice, professional, gentle & friendly. I don't usually have to wait long to be called back & review home meds & what I'm in the office for. I do find it odd that the only vitals that the MA takes is your weight & blood pressure. No heart rate, respirations, temp. or your height. I have run into having trouble in not being able in getting an appointment for a "problem" in a timely manner which can be frustrating if it's something that needs attention & may be gone by the time you do get an appointment. I like when doctor's leave some extra time in their day to fill these requests. I'm so thankful that I have found Dr. Falcone after having my previous, young GYN retire back in 2020. 5 STARS for Dr. Falcone!! Thank you!
