Okay, we didn't spend a huge amount of time…read morewandering around it namely because it was getting a little dark and we were trying to locate a laundromat (I'm starting to call them wash salons for some bizarre reason - maybe it is because that is what the Germans call them). Anyway this certainly isn't what I would call a boring park since there are quite a few things to do here, even if lying on the grass and having a snooze is your idea of doing something in a park (though make sure nobody steals your bag if that is what you are doing). As I wandered through here I did encounter some play equipment and a rather pleasant lake. However, the great thing about the park was simply its greenery, even in the early evening the place was pleasant.

Anyway, I had no idea that this place existed and simply stumbled across it as I was wandering through Antwerp attempting to get from one part of the inner city to another. From where I was standing I noticed quite a lot of greenery so decided to spend some time and have a look around. Unfortunately my brother wasn't too keen on hanging around so we ended up heading off elsewhere soon after.
