I had to wait another three weeks before he came to fix my broken appliance, that was two months ago and it's still broken! They have one handy man and that's impossible for him to get all his work done. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. They have terrible customer service, if anything breaks down you can't rely on them to come fix it right away.. sometimes they don't even show and not to mention if they do send a handy man your way they don't call ahead to schedule an appointment with you so he will stop by without you knowing and if you miss him they blame you. The rent they charge is so overpriced for the bad service they give out in return. Please, let me advice you to stay away from this terrible company.

We just moved out of our second rental and they are totally screwing us out of our security deposit. When we moved houses we cleaned and all was good. But now that we are not renting from them anymore they become super critical about minor details. We cleaned the house top to bottom before giving the keys back, but I guess it doesn't meet their standards so now they are charging us $20 an hour to clean because we don't have time TODAY to go back and do it. Just really disappointed! We were told so many things when moving in that haven't been followed through on and now they are trying to pin the costs on us. Renters beware!
