I'm not sure what her problem was but fortunately after a several months, I made the decision to move on and find and realtor. I did find another realtor and she found the perfect home for me within a couple of weeks. Katalina Penland was just a big waste of my time. I would Not recommend her to anyone.

My lease was to end on September 30th, but we cleaned the unit up and I vacated the premises on September 4th. I learned that someone else had moved in the following weekend and much to my surprise, when I got my refund back, it also included most of the rent I paid for September. Annai was always a pleasure to deal with on issues and when I paid the rent. Kudos to Robert for being honest and returning my rental money for the rest of September.
