He truly knows multiple strategies for marketing in order to attain top dollar, quick sale, and broad base marketing coverage. Being from out of town, I happened to receive a marketing postcard from Jay. In my mind, I thought I will tuck this away in case the need ever arises to sell my home. In the 9 years I owned the home, I had never had a real estate agent reach out to me. Above all, Jay helped me with an extremely delicate family situation. He showed the utmost professionalism and sensitivity towards all involved. He went above and beyond to provide me with legal advice and referral to an attorney. He was always prompt in returning calls or emails as well. His staff was equally as professional and helpful, especially Emelda Moreno. She went above and beyond to help me fill out docs. :) I highly recommend Jay Goyal for any of your real estate and investment needs. Patricia Cunningham

We just moved out of our second rental and they are totally screwing us out of our security deposit. When we moved houses we cleaned and all was good. But now that we are not renting from them anymore they become super critical about minor details. We cleaned the house top to bottom before giving the keys back, but I guess it doesn't meet their standards so now they are charging us $20 an hour to clean because we don't have time TODAY to go back and do it. Just really disappointed! We were told so many things when moving in that haven't been followed through on and now they are trying to pin the costs on us. Renters beware!
