I mean it's ice cream (chocolates, teas, coffees,
pralines, drinking chocolate, tarts, cakes and flans) so what's not to like. Oh, before I go any further it's Dom not Don and Dom is omnipresent.
I knew nothing of the Polish way of life and as it includes all of the above it's a way of life I sure do endorse with enthusiasm.
So I had a vanilla ice cream with candied walnuts (oh candied walnuts) and my wife had mint & chocolate ice creams. Each was liberally topped with Chantilly cream. Mine also had a boozy advocaat sauce which was delightful while my wife's had chocolate sauce on hers.
So as well as high calorie fab ice creams, with all the trimmings, we had a flat white and a cappuccino each. Just like almost every other place the coffees here were superbly made, tasty and almost art works in themselves.
The service was courteous, prompt with a smile. What also made it enjoyable was that the very comfy seats overlooked the Main Street outside as well as allowing us to be able to watch fellow shoppers go about life. read more
