This life-sized sculpture was designed and carved out of Welsh oak by the local wood and stone sculptor, Paul Clarke, and it was unveiled in 2001. It was funded by the Prince's Trust Cymru Antur Aberporth.
Although Paul is a wood and stone sculptor, he also makes furniture inspired by late eighteenth century cottage designs.
