Jim Bay of Bay's Lawn and and Landscape Management did an outstanding job for us--something that is…read moreall too rare. He worked with us in brainstorming and working with our tight budget to put in some foundation features at a newly purchased home in Fort Walton Beach that lacked much landscaping. First, he installed two green hedges for screening in the front yard. With his expert staff of Randy and Mo, they designed and installed a patio area. First, a serious water drainage issue had to be addressed. They removed a partial concrete pad and installed a french drain and drain box away from the house. With used pavers, they expertly installed an absolutely beautiful patio. Four beds were created in the back and outlined with pavers because the budget would not allow complete landscaping at this time. A long, rectangular bed for a garden is in the middle, two corner beds and a bed next to the house were installed with a few foundation plants so we could then add small plants ourselves. He planted some beautiful jasmine to view out the kitchen window and near the bedroom as foundation plants. He and his staff were always careful, pleasant, and professional. I recommend them without reservation--something I feel I can rarely do.

Came out and replaced a front pillar holding up my front awning the next day after initial contact…read more They prioritized it as urgent due to the pillar no longer providing support and made sure it was completed that day. Can't say enough good things about the crew who showed up and did the job. They kept the site clean, answered any questions I had without issue and made sure I understood what was going to be required and the price options. Will be using them in the future for any other projects that I need

We had Pettinato Construction, Inc. gut and remodel our master bathroom. They are THE best…read moreconstruction company we've ever worked with! We appreciated working with a local, family owned company who is committed to serving the Gulf Breeze, Navarre, and Pensacola area (i.e. who didn't disappear to work in Mexico Beach, chasing the clean-up work post Hurricane Michael). We set up the project with them in November and asked that it start the first week in January. The work started on time, the demolition, rough construction, plumbing, tile work, electrical, and finishing carpentry work was done daily, and was finished in exactly TWO weeks! (The custom glass saloon-style doors can't be measured until the tile work is done. They were installed two weeks later, so the whole project took four weeks from beginning to end.) They discovered an unknown active termite problem (a blessing in disguise!) and worked very collaboratively with Bryan Pest Control to kill and remove them without the added work upsetting the timeline. John designed the project with his CAD program to help us imagine the possibilities of the space, Karen was the project estimator and work scheduler/coordinator, and Chris was our on-site coordinator and carpenter. (That guy can do anything and make it look easy!) Tony also effortlessly installed the tile. And the cost for the whole project was very reasonable. We now have a very functional master bath and we are SO pleased with it! It has a pocket door to close off the toilet area with ADA compliant grab bars, a roll-in rain and hand-held shower with grab bars that easily accommodates a wheelchair, a new closet for added storage, new floor tiles, and new quartz countertop and sinks. There were no surprise costs. All of the workers were very proud of the quality work they did and were very professional. We couldn't be happier. We recommend them to others and will definitely use them again for future home improvement projects! The pic here shows the new, updated master bathroom.

I called Four Seasons September 30th 2020 after calling many others to no avail either due to…read morebeing out of business or too busy . I read the reviews before I called so I was prepared. John is a no nonsense man with a dry personality. A person just has to know how to take him and realize he does not want to waste his and others time. John answered the phone and told me no he could not help me . After a few minutes he called me back and said that he would. He showed up quickly, completed his task and he was nice to my animals. His charge was more than reasonable and he helped me tremendously. If anyone needs an electrician I recommend calling Four Seasons. From my experience John does have a heart to help if and when he can. Maybe John can learn to come across more compassionate over the phone in instances he cannot help. People will remember that . I hate to see a mans livelihood be affected in a negative way because of negative reviews when it could be avoided. Never burn a bridge. We never know when we may need to cross it. We need the trades men and women and they need us. I am not a friend or relative of anyone affiliated with Four Seasons. Peace
