We waited for a whole night. No one shows up. By the time around 10pm, app shows a change in pickup time for tomorrow night. No communication to make while this event occurs. We felt betrayed and cannot trust this service. As a traveller, a commitment in promised pickup/ delivery time is very important. We only stay for a short time. As I reflect on this experience, pre-charging us is completely unnecessary compared to other laundry services we used. I felt like it's a gimmick! Pretty bad experience after all!
