I posted a review and Yelp removed it because it said it had to do with regulations about Covid that Dollard could not help. That is utter nonsense! My review said nothing about regulations and only talked about how Dollard made my feet worse with his shoe inserts. He seems to think that everyone needs these inserts as he prescribed them for me and my husband and then said that in retirements he wanted to go to nursing homes and fit all the patients with this insert. I am glad that others find him helpful but I would never go back to him. read more

Outstanding office and service Dr Dollard is a treasure for myself and I'm very thankful to have him on my medical team

I started taking my son to Dr. Dollard several years ago when he was having pain in his heel and foot. Dr. Dollard was able to explain the condition and hold off on orthotics for a growing boy and recommended an OTC brand that saved us hundreds of dollars. When my second son started having pain, I took him to Dr. Dollard as well. Dr. Dollard was able to explain his condition and craft a less expensive option for my quickly growing teen. All of my children have had ingrown toenails taken care of by Dr. Dollard as well. I highly recommend him for this procedure. read more

Dr. Dollard and his staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and effective. The office is a little tricky to find, so get there early.

This guy is seriously the best podiatrist anywhere. He is always available, thorough and the a very jolly dr. I have 5 daughters and a bunch of friends who go to see him. Ingrown toenails, Thursday I got insoles for my work shoes and had the opportunity to sell me something so much more expensive. We decided on the cheaper option and they are working out awesome! So my husband's dad saw him 30+ years ago. Doc Dollard was a child dr. Crazy. Also his mom was seen for bunions. I just love this guy. A professional that will always be a part of our family. Dr. Dollard is an outstanding Dr in all respects. He's medically great with outstanding communication skills: he listens carefully, knows what's applicable to my situation, and his advice and guidance and procedures have always worked well for my situations. I've seen him for several years now and have referred friends to him and they've had excellent results as well. He's great with knowing how to use my insurance, keeping current on how it's changed, for example. His office staff are superb too: well-informed, courteous, & excellent follow-up in all respects for office matters. I regret going here in every sense. Antiquated paperwork equipment, rude staff (other than Dr. Dollard who was very pleasant), and ultimately missed a fracture in my foot and had to take my ailments to a different podiatry practice. Just do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. read more

I had an emergency situation today and they had a cancellation to fit me in. He is a solo practitioner. Pleasant doctor. I told him I am nervous since he had to remove my toe Nail from the Nail bed. He was very sweet about it. He applied ice which made the procedure be painless. Gave me some sample ointments to apply which was helpful. I had some questions about other foot issues and he answered them all. Overall good experience. read more

I went to Dr. Dollard for a second opinion. The 45-minute drive did not discourage me as I was looking at a total foot reconstruction; a major surgery. Dr. Dollard impressed me from the moment I saw him. He was more hands-on than any surgeon I had ever encountered. He was extremely knowledgeable about the surgery, having been part of its origin. He took time to explain the complicated procedure and what to expect afterward. I never felt rushed during our appointments. Dr. Dollard has called me himself several times, given me his personal cell phone number, had me photograph areas of concern and send them to him for his review. He really cares about his patients and I felt that every time I saw him. Don't let his small staff fool you. His office is run more efficiently than any other office I've encountered. I've never had to wait to see him. Questions were answered, often times, immediately. Tasks were taken care of, often times, immediately. There were no complications during the lengthy recovery. Everything went just as he said it would go. I would recommend him so highly for anything foot related. I hope to never see him again, but would go back to him without a second thought. read more

I am a diabetic who developed red angry looking blisters on the toes of my right foot. My primary care practice looked at it and got me an immediate appointment with Dr. Dollard. He diagnosed it and began treatment. It is beginning to heal. He has called me at home several times to check up on how I'm doing. I have since had a follow up visit with another scheduled in 10 days. Dr. Dollard is one of the most competent and caring physicians I've ever been to. I am a new patient of Dr. Dollard's. I had been living several years with foot pain which made it unbearable to walk. I'd been turned away from another doctor indicating he couldn't do anything. I posted a request for recommendation on a local Facebook group and I immediately got a text about him and how wonderful he was. I got an appointment very quickly. In November 2015, I apparently tore my plantar fascia ligament. I decided to push thru the pain and keep pushing myself. By late 2016, the pain was extreme. I visited one podiatrist. She saw only a bone spur. She gave me cortisone shots which lasted a few days each. I then went to another podiatrist. I got another cortisone shot and that lasted for 2 days. They then gave me electroshock treatments on my foot, which did nothing. Fed up and still in pain, I researched more and found Dr. Dollard. Within in 1 visit, he knew exactly what was going on with my foot and performed surgery in November 2016. It is now 3 months later and my foot is healing. He has been the best and I recommend him without hesitation. Not only did he find the issues with the ligament, but he also realized I had a compressed nerve as well. He fixed all in surgery....removed the spur, decompressed the nerve and fixed the ligament. He is a true professional. read more
