When I was at dollarama, my child was frantically yelled at by a rude employee, then when I came over to the situation, he started screaming at me. Their jam bottle is hard to be opened. They do not offer exchange or refund. If I cannot open the jam, why I bought it home?

Bought a few bottle of vanilla drink and I told this cashier (black man) I needed bags. One for the bottles and one for some groceries. He let's me pay first before putting them in the bag. He threw everything in ONE bag and so I politely asked him if we could double the bag instead as there's a few bottle and i'm worried it'll torn out. He told me I have to pay 10 cents for another bag I said "no problem" he told me I can't pay for a 10 cents with a tap and I don't have coins as I only have my phone. So now I have to carry the bottom of this ONE bag just to make sure it's not gonna torn out. read more

This black man is not happy with Dollarama. I bought a water bottle here for $3 and there's now a leak in it! I did not pay three whole dollars for a cheapo water bottle. I expect quality.
