They delivered and set up, then came back and picked up the unit with smiles and great attitudes. I was very pregnant with my oldest and I could use every bit of kindness then! It was so nice that a few weeks ago I needed a monitor for work and didn't want to spend the money for one if i wasn't going to keep the position. I popped in to see about renting one for a month or so and true to form, the customer service was phenomenal! They did not hesitate to greet me and offer assistance in helping me search for what I needed, all with easy banter and smiling laughter. In the spirit of total transparency, I will say I have not been in need of there services out side of those times, but I feel confident that I would go back if I found myself in need of something temporary. If nothing else, if you have time and are in the neighborhood shopping around for furniture, appliances or electronics, pay them a visit. You will be pleasantly surprised to be treated so well in today's service norm.
