I searched through the men's & women's clothing sections and found 2 items I wanted to buy: one women's cardigan sweater and one women's button up blouse. There are placards on the clothing racks that include a price and the words "unless marked individually." When I brought the items to the cashier, she stated that neither had prices on them (so shouldn't they have been the posted price??). She then turned and conferred with another employee about what the prices should be. These items were nothing special. I was expecting the usual rate (around $4-$5), but she turned back to me and said $12 each! I was dumbfounded. I could buy similar items brand new for the same or lower prices. I said no thanks and left with nothing. I will not be returning to this store.

Most of the lines were shut down, along with one self checkout, so the line was very long to pay for my two things I came there for in the self checkout. The two employees "running" the self checkout were on their phones the whole time, one was sitting on one of the registers that was down, but both paying no one any attention. It took probably 20 minutes waiting in line and then paying for my two items. Wouldn't be as bad if they were properly staffed and had restrictions on phones.

When I came back my feet was near double that price. I was not given a call or notice that more was required and thus a price change. When I came to pick up my bike the worker told me that he had been working in the industry for over 20 years and calling customers about a price change is not something he does. I was clearly frustrated with lack of concern for customer or empathy. It was only after I said I hope for your next customer that you let them know if a price is going to change.
