Today I had the stroller and I came in through the back but I bought some items that made the stroller a little heavier so I asked for someone to let me out the front door but I was refused and told I could go down the stairs WTF! I guess if you are pushing a stroller or have mobility issues and can't use the stairs you aren't welcome. I will make them happy and not come back!

The last time I was here was yesterday for their October 2016 sale. I went on the last day of the October sale, and I found that the selection wasn't as good as from their sales about a year ago. First off, there wasn't much selection for women, and a lot of their merchandise are for guys. Last year, I was able to find a $10 warm hoodie, but now, the cheapest one I could find was $40 and I got the last piece with my right size. My fiance was able to purchase many hoodies, and there was a lot in stock - for guys. This time though, I was impressed by the abundance of Timberland shoes, I was able to purchase a couple of men's boots for my fiance with a good price. I checked my receipt and the calculated average of savings I get is 50%. I would recommend still checking this place out, as this is a big warehouse sale, and they have a lot of different types of clothing to shop for. They have hoodies, sweaters, t-shirts, work-out clothes, work pants, winter boots, safety shoes, winter jackets, golf apparels, even beauty products and jewelery! The warehouse is very organized, they have a lot of staff who can help, and the check out process was also fast and efficient. Review 100 of 100 - YAYY!

The last thing I saw before I left was a shop aimed at bikers/Hell's Angels types that was proudly displaying, at the CASH REGISTER, a shirt that said "Welcome To Canada! Fit In Or Fuck Off!" which, offense aside, kind of sums up this place. Bikers are traditionally founded on the very idea of non-conformity and anarchy, of bucking trends and social norms, so a shirt like this just kind of screams inauthenticity and it speaks volumes in so many ways of the kind of foot traffic these places gets. I went to customer service and told the manager there I had the license plate number and a picture of the dog. The manger did nothing. No calling the person over the intercom or anything just told me that he has to contact the plaza manager to see if they want to call the cops. I was appalled Being an active dog owner who is always making sure my dogs have everything they need. To working them and to keep their minds busy. i am always training them. and studying their body language. I know a dog over heating when I see one. Side note. with The hot weather pleas if you can't take your dog into a store please please please leave them at home. A crane window no bigger then your pinking is not good air flow

When you ask for a manager all they do is laugh in your face and talk down to you. I have worked in customer service for about 9 years myself, and if you want a returning customer this is no way to treat people. I'm awaiting a call back from head office in regards to the poor treatment of the staff in this store.
