I…read morewent in on January 6th and was having a few problems finding some of the things in their ad and the Manager Brandi sent Vikki over to help me. Vikki was GREAT! She helped me find 5 things that I was looking for, stayed right with me to help me. Brandi the Manager always greets me when I walk into the store with a big smile on her face and asks if I need any help. Wendi was my cashier and friendly and Chelsea went and looked up a product for me that I was questioning on price. Very friendly also. All the employees are always helpful and give GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. That's why I shop that store. I travel about 30 miles one way just for that store. Please give recognition to these employees as a GREAT job!

I'm da kinda guy always likes a little ammo around. And yas know how hard it is to find nowadays doan cha? Once in da joint yas has ta find the counter where they sell it. We did that. There's some tall dark headed dame smil'in and bs'in with some other frail at the counter. We stands there, and stands there, and stands there. Looks like the dark haired might be sell'in a gat to the other one, but they who really knows. I know this, she acted like we were da invisible men. Finally I sez to da one gett'in paid to take care of Bi Mart customers, hey, could you get somebody back here to help us? She gets all rude and indignant and says well, what is it you need. I sez I need for you to pick up a couple boxes of that ammo on the other side of this counter and hand it to me so I can go buy it. She acts as though it's just kill'in her to do that. My pal is in my ear tell'in me to be kind, cause I doan feel very kind about then. We got what we came for and just lefted outta there. I wanted to stop and find the manager but my pallie just wanted to roll on down the road. We hit da bricks. Customer service is non existent in this particular Bi Mart store with this particular broad. That is NOT what I've come to expect from Bi Mart, most likely their sales folks are friendly and hard work'in.

This is the second time we have shopped and made a purchase at Ashley's in Meridian. The first time…read morewe purchased 2nightstands, a chest of drawers and a dresser as well as a large area rug. We had trouble receiving the order in the designated time ; delays and excuses during the whole process. Given the first experience, we decided to try another purchase. This time we bought 4 counter stools and some wall art. At the time of purchase we were told the art was in stock and should be a couple weeks for delivery. The stools were going to be ordered and should be 4 to 6 weeks. Two weeks passed and I hadn't heard from anyone about my delivery. I called and went through an automated phone system HELL. Then when I was FINALLY able to speak with an agent (real person) I had quite a bit of difficulty understanding AND being understood. My order, which was placed in mid July wasn't going to be delivered until the 16th of September (wall art, which was supposed to be in stock) the stools were still on back order. I tried calling the store to no avail (got the same automated horror system I had previously experienced) We went to the store and dealt with the manager Mike (he gave us a card with his contact info) We had previously worked with him on our very first order debacle and here we go for round 2!!! He checked the order and confirmed what we were told. Wait a tad bit and we get a text to schedule delivery. It's for the wall art. WHERE ARE MY STOOLS?????????? I went through another automated phone hell to speak to someone I was unable to understand nor do I think he understood what I was trying to say. The gist was that I was going to get my money back because they didn't know when or if they were going to get my stools in. After about a week I didn't see a refund on my credit card statement so I called the manager, Mike. I didn't get a response from him so a couple days later I went back to the store to see him, AGAIN. I've gotten my refund for the stools, l'm still waiting for my wall art and I am EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED, FRUSTRATED AND JUST PLAIN ANGRY at the experiences we have had shopping at ASHLEY's. I have made purchases at RC WILLEY, De Meyer's and CHF; at no time was there a problem with any of those orders. The experiences with Ashley's has not only cost me time, it's tried my patience and understanding. I have lost precious TIME waiting for numerous items to arrive late or in the last case, not at all! If I could give you a rating of 0, I would. I've never made it a habit of paying our hard earned money and kissing anyone's anatomy! And that's the way I feel about my experience with Ashley's!

The guy behind them had an online order and waited ever so patiently. We were sandwiched between the two boomers and the online guy. What got me fumed was that there were at least two to three other employees behind the counter just talking and fixing the products behind the racks. I understand that the Bud House is more for customers who want buds, that's not me so like I referenced in the beginning I was probably at the wrong location. If you're looking for buds, then Bud house is for you. I need cream for my back so I'll go somewhere else.
