The Dollar Tree on Airport pulling road is a FILTHY disgusting store. I used the text room. IT WAS A FILTHY dirty disgrace. There r no words to describe it. The toilet was spotted with urine and excrement. I have shopped here for years and it was never like this filth. The health department should see this. The floors were scattered with dirt. The young man who checked me out was only just OK. I said Hi, no response, he checked me out, but never mentioned to me the bottoms of the solar lights I bought , two were incomplete and missing their bottom stakes. Now I have to come back, thank goodness I asked for a receipt, so hopefully I'll get what I pd for, we'll see. I said thank, no response from the dude at check out. Then I said to him, have a nice day, just to see if I could get a response from him, guess what b No response from MR. WONDERFUL. think we could yell, FIRE AND STILL NOT GET A RESPONSE, what a miserable soul he is, imagine living in paradise and not at least being courteous to those he's serving. Medium sized location with a good amount of stock. The place is part of a shopping plaza, so there's lots of parking available. Staff is decent. Store was a bit messy with lower shelf baskets filled with random items left over. read more

If I could give this a lower star I would. On 11/7/2024 my mother and I went to this store to finish up our Christmas shopping. The place was extremely busy. The first thing my mother is 76 years old seems to always be needing the bathroom. When asking an employee where the bathrooms are. The gentleman working there by the name of Orlando no speak English. Then she says Bono. He repeats no speak English. Oh wait it gets better. So it's very busy lots of people waiting in line. The manager comes over and opens up one of the cash registers. He takes a customer we get behind them and he decides to put out a sign that says five items or less after we had just been in the other line, so the lady that was behind me only had a few items but more than five items. She had a small hand basket of stuff I told her to go to the other line. Then he the the manager starts to get nasty with her. Telling her it's only five items. This just set me off. I told her to get back in front of me and it took less than 2 minutes to check her out. And the manager was very very nasty to her and to me. And I'm leaving a message here and I'm going to be calling the home office. Cuz that manager has no business being a manager and treating people like he did. I believe the gentleman's name was Alejandro. The lady that checked us out she was a sweetheart. Very customer oriented. It's almost like she should have been the manager. I've been in customer service all my life as a cashier and as manager. I would have never ever treated a customer the way I was treated or the way he treated that other lady. Horrible. Worst Dollar Tree i've ever been to. The manager is rude and every staff member looks miserable. They're severely understaffed, and there was a sign at checkout that read "no we aren't closing this is just what happens when the government wants to pay more in unemployment than starting wage". Mind you, starting wage is 8.65/hr. No person living in Naples can make a living off of this. Maybe show some incentive to make your employees excited to come to work and pay them a liveable wage and perhaps you would be able to keep staff. The place is awful but the propaganda and hissy fit attitude is what will keep me away from this place forever. Not to mention they have nearly nothing in stock, everything is a mess and disorganized, things on the floor, smells like urine. Go to any other discount store, this one isn't it. read more

This store is centrally located in town and a great place to buy all of your home essentials and cleaning products. It is a large store with a lot of space to find some treasures. Don't go to the other local stores for your household needs until you have shopped Dollar Tree first. You will definitely save money and make your families budget go much further. read more

OK I went shopping without Mrs. K. I thought I should venture out on my own and go to Dollar Tree. I needed a toothbrush, and a container, and place mat. All three items was $3.00. Dang they told the truth. The toothbrush was to clean my pistols after I went shooting, container to hold my cleaning supplies for my gun, and the place mat to clean the gun on. Two out of the three were successful. The tooth brush was too big to fit into the receiver of my .22 pistol. Oh well. I went to CVS and purchased a kids toothbrush for more money than I spent at the Dollar Tree. read more

My fiance lives here. Cleaning products, toiletries, saran wrap... All the household essentials are right here for a buck. All of the holiday decor is purchased here too. My Santuary has pumkins now. Ghosts. Super spooky. Even our front door has a new emblem. It cost maybe $7. Read a review that the employees are grouchy, but can you blame them? They can't ring up an item and say, "Ooh! That's a good deal!" It's a dollar. All of it. There's no surprise in their day. They have to scan every item instead of saying, "Okay. 13 things. 13 dollars. And $.78 for tax." And you know damn well those cashiers know their tax. Fiance gets frustrated with me, as per usual, because I get lost finding toys for Chewy, our gator. Excellent selection. And $1. One dollar keeps the guy occupied for weeks. We recently got him a sword that makes noise and lights up. Great distraction for him. He also has what he thinks are real grenades and throwing stars. Employees are grouchy and gossip openly about each other in front of customers.. the last time I went the small elderly cashier ignored my presence completely as she rang up my purchase then set my receipt down on the counter instead of handing it to me so she could continue her conversation with her coworker. I shop at Dollar Tree all the time, both in the north and when I'm in Naples. Never an issue. This location on Airport Pulling was not usable. You cannot use a cart let alone walk the aisles because EVERY aisle had items thrown all over the floor. No exaggeration. It was the most bizarre thing I have ever seen. So disorderly! It was as if a child came through and threw things everywhere. I knew that was not the case when I saw several aisles had shopping carts full of items needing to be put on shelves, which explains why there were no carts to be used by customers. I don't typically include clientele, but it started with a person washing their car with a bottle of water in the parking lot. I'll stop there. Shop the store on Immokalee.
