So, criss-cross apple sauce everyone STORYTIME I When you're a manufacturer/vendor and you agree to be on Amazon whereas you sell to Amazon and then Amazon sells to its customers, most vendors choose to pay Amazon 2% for handling the returns. This means that the returns do not go back to the manufacturer or the vendor. Please note that in Seller Central, there is also a similar program but some sellers can opt to have returns returned to them. Steelz from what I saw on their shelves seems to be a home for returning goods from various stores and platforms. It also looks like Steelz is the local recipient of left-over stock that Costco and others don't want on their shelves anymore. STORYTIME II Ever since the asterisk in the upper right-hand corner of the price matrix sign at Costco? If you see the asterisk, it means that the item has a number of days before it leaves Costco. That item may or may not sell out. If it doesn't sell out, meaning sealed, factory new items are left over, Steelz will most likely buy them at a discount ( liquidated price agreed upon with Costco and others ) and then Steelz is now the owner of the inventory of sealed and new items as well as any returns that Steelz wants to buy. While I walked through Steelz, I noticed many items from Costco. I couldn't determine whether or not the pricing at Steelz was indeed a deal. In my opinion, a couple of dollars saving wasn't worth it for me but I do see value for customers who are not Costco members. If didn't have a Costco membership but wanted to shop at Costco, then Steelz is potentially a great deal. Steelz also has many Kirkland products in smaller individual sizes like toilet paper and paper towels. We didn't buy anything at Steelz that day but I would be interested in going back and doing some more looking and pricing. There's been some discussion about the return policy or returning products overall. I can't speak on this topic since I have not purchased anything. If I do purchase anything and if I have to return anything, I'll update this review.

And no it wasn't written on the box. The scale was also dirty. Then I got a box with two cast iron pans. Because of history, I decided to open them in the parking lot. The, big one was used with rust. All in it grease all down the sides of the pans grease all over the bottom with rust, and the protective handle was breaking off in tiny pieces. Needless to say , 13 minutes after purchase, I was refused my money back and had to get a Shop card. When its the stores fault, the store needs to issue a refund. The Prices are more than Costco's prices. at least when you go to Costco, you get great customer service, refund, and reliability. BTW where is the owner?

The store manager is extremely rude and has no respect for his employees. He yelled at one in front of me not realizing that a customer was close enough by to overhear. I was totally appalled. If I was an employee of this store, I would not tolerate such rude and uncaring behavior on the part of my boss. It is amazing to me to see some of the same employees even remain working there.

The main difference is that Cash and carry has few organic items and they sometimes have even larger quantities of something than Costco (believe it or not). I like to eat a lot of fruit, so I get oranges often here. Their fresh produce has a large selection including various dressings. The meat selection is quite large as well. If you are looking at having a party and plan to cook a lot of food, have a large family, or just like to eat a lot of one item you'll like the options here and prices. In addition to food they have serving trays, forks, spoons, and bathroom supplies. The service is good and the place is clean and well maintained.

I may not be the right person reviewing Home Goods, being a man. However, I do come to Home Goods…read morefrom time to time, with my wife, to shop. We are new to the Treasure Valley, and came to this location today from our home in Star. It seemed well stocked and we did find what we were looking for, a couple of large wicker rectangular containers that we will use to store our patio furniture cushion. There really is no one to consult if you have questions. There was a long line of people waiting at the register, but only two registers open. I don't understand this from a customer satisfaction stand point. Are they understaffed? Our cashier was nice enough, and the older man that I assume was the manager was also nice, though they tried to convince us to get their credit card, given the 5-10% discounts offered with each use. I get that it might work for some people, but we weren't interested, and, to their credit, there was no pressure. My recommendation would be to have more people at the registers when it is busy, and perhaps some people on the floor offering assistance, though I get that this might not be their business model.
