They got greedy so now the manager removes the good deals and sells them separately for $20-$150. I once bought a brand new item worth around 80 bucks for 5 bucks and now that item would be in the glass case at the front of the store for $90. The stuff that they removed from the bins gets removed and overpriced. I've been back a few times hoping it would change back to the way it was. This new business strategy maybe profitable in the short term but not in the long term. The place was always packed with high energy people hoping to find a lucky deal. It's all just bins FILLED WITH JUNK NOW and not nearly as many people go there anymore. You have to give people a reason to go there and if they can't occasionally find a lucky deal then there's no reason to keep coming back. I heard about the store for my work friend and he would tell everybody that would listen how great it was. Now he tells everybody how bad it sucks. THE MANAGER NEEDS TO READ THIS AND CHANGE THE STORE BACK TO THE WAY IT WAS A YEAR AND A HALF AGO.

There weren't any lines and I went at about 6 or 7 in the evening. And in San Diego, that is almost unheard of. So in a pinch, this is just as good as any other Ross.

It really is hot or miss here. They advertise huge discounts like 80%, but I never saw some clothes…read moreso expensive. So yeah 80% off is great, but if it's super expensive to begin with it's not really a good deal. Now they do have some that are what I call "reasonable prices" that are on sale, so you get them at a steal. Just make sure you are looking at the ticket price and not just the percentage off of them/advertised sale.

I finally told her that she would work for minimum wage for the rest of her life because she was stupid and I left.

The part of town it is in isn't that bad compared to others and is close to home. It's a quick little place to go to get us out of the house. For those who say this is a sketchy part of town haven't ever been anywhere really sketchy. There is a golf course across Federal Drive from this place and some high dollar homes as well. A DIFFERENT KIND OF SHOE STORE!…read more When I drove by this store, I immediately wanted to go inside. However, when I noticed that clothing was featured in the window, I hesitated. My love for shoes eventually convinced me to check them out. I had never seen a Shoe Station before and I was thinking that it might be like a DSW but it wasn't. They actually sold really nice high-end shoes as well as more basic options. I simply did not find anything that suited me. The odd thing about this store is that it is set up more like a Pay-less and this may initially give you pause. However, don't let that deter you because they had a wonderful selection of shoes for the entire family. I actually liked the options for men better than the options for the ladies. If you like shoes that are different and a bit adventurous, you may want to check out the Shoe Station. In addition to shoes, they have regular clothing items and accessories like shoulder bags and long sleeveless vests for women. This store is located in Shoppes at Eastchase Shopping Center.

We wanted to do same as cash xxx days financing. They did not explain any options to him just said to scan the QR code and apply that way. I had the money to pay in full but since it was holidays I wanted to take advantage of the option to split the payment with no interest. Nothing was explained about them having different types of financing options. On the day the couch was delivered and I saw the paperwork and logged into the account, they did the financing through a "bad credit" approval company which charged $100 more to pay the couch off early! Plus they added a $100 warranty that was never asked for nor explained to us that it was mandatory due to financing! A couch that we had an invoice for $798 ended up costing $1010 and should have only been $698 because we didn't ask for a warranty! Absolutely disgusting way to conduct business and try to take advantage of a college student. I should not have had to pay for a warranty I didn't want nor these extra fees to Acima financing! All I wanted was the same as cash financing! I would have paid cash for it in full had I known this company was shady!!! A $600 couch ended up costing me over $1000!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!
