We then found out she had t had a break or lunch so a few customers bought her some stuff to munch on and finally the Store Manager came out to hop on a register and we told him we paid for her food. She said they cut back on a lot of hours but I think that's a poor choice seeing as how it's the holidays! I'll be writing Dollar Tree corporate on this store because I feel so bad for the cashier that was by herself with no help! Besides that, the store is really clean and spaced out. However they tend to leave a lot of towering boxes of products all around so be careful if you have kids that the boxes don't fall over on them. Please get more employees for this location!

And yes, of course there seemed to be, not a single treat bag left in the city. You'd think that a person needing roughly 160 treat bags would plan accordingly, right?! Yep, and then there's me-- but in my defense, I've been busy this October! (I digress) I called ahead in Charla helped me tremendously. She let me know how many bags were left, and I squealed with glee! Unfortunately, I forgot to ask her to hold them for me as I just knew they'd be there when I arrived 7 minutes later. Joke was on me-- a customer beat me to them, and was at the register checking out with half of "my" bags when I arrived. I resisted the urge to arm wrestle her for them, I mean this isn't a Black Friday sale for goodness' sake! Now, Charla had already done enough but upon seeing this, she scoured her back stock and the entire store to help me find what I needed. She dug under items and went through every aisle to help me come out triumphant. Instead of judging me as the last-minute shopper that I am in this case, and saying "Sorry, we are out" like the other 3 stores I visited, she sprang into action and help save my day. Thank you Charla! You are the customer service queen! Now, Charla aside-- I'm a fan of ANY store that gives me a quality product for a single doll-hair! Some of my favorite party supplies and props have been purchased at The Tree over the years (don't even get me started on how this store was clutch in my college days), and clearly continues to be to this day!
