I want to thank all the ladies who are working on Christmas Eve at the shop. I had a bilateral…read moreExplant with capsulectomy due to breast implant illness. The thing is that I had gotten implants initially because I suffer from a chest wall deformity called pectus excavatum and did not have very much breast tissue so it's very difficult with my small frame and lack of bust to find what I like to call a big girl bra. I wanted a real bra that made me look like I had rest when dressing up but I have looked at many stores with no avail. I had given up my Christmas search of gifting myself a real bra after having my explant this year. I was going to Publix to buy my little girl a gingerbread house when I saw the sign on the store and it called to me and these ladies took me in minutes before closing and took such special care and interest in my case. I left with a big girl bra just in time for Christmas and I look like I have Breast now. Thank you ladies so much for the blessing on Christmas Eve. I will be back to fill my drawer with bras that actually fit and fill me out

I called 3 weeks later to check on the status and they informed me that the order had not been sent to the distributor until a week or more after I placed the order and they could not tell me when it would be in. At that point, I decided to wait and see if my order would come in eventually. On 6/21, I received a call stating my order would be in by the end of the month. On the 30th, I called to check and they had no idea where my order was or when it would be in either. At this point, I requested a refund and a cancellation of my order. They informed me that they do not do refunds. This is false, as a friend of mine had a similar problem and got a full refund after her order did not come in either. It is now 7/5 and I have no items and am out $213. Do not order anything from this business! I was not informed of the no refund policy at the time I placed my order and they have no idea where my items are, nor can they provide a tracking number. Terrible business practices! If I could give negative stars, I would!!

Wednesday at 11AM. What a sincere dissapointment visiting this store. The one shining star (only…read moreone) was Kayley in the 2nd floor small appliance area. She greeted us when we arrived in her section, asked if she could help, helped us checkout and was converstional and friendly. I told her she was the first person in the store to utter a single word to us despite us visiting sunglasses, perfume, clothing and bedding areas prior to reaching her area. We encountered many employees that looked down while we were in talking distance. Why are stores like this dissapearing, hmm, look no further than what we experienced here. Shameful, since we can buy this on the internet. Today we purchased a Cuisinart toaster, that did not work when we got home. We packed it back up amd came back to the store and assumed we would go to customer service to return the toaster, nope. Apparently, customer service does not do returns, maybe this department should be named something else. After waiting for the person in the back room packing something who is clearly not paying any attention or aware of us waiting at the counter in customer service. When she finally looked at the counter, she came to help us, another girl showed up and said you have to go back to where you bought this, I explained be bought it here at Dillards. No, you need to go back to the department. Good grief. So we went back to the department where Kayley was still smiling, she gladly helped us again. In Georgia, this was my go to store for many things throughout the year. I will buy from the internet rather than come back in this store again. Why bother to have a store with so many workers if you can only point to one shining star. The mall has many empty stores, wonder why? Look no further than Dillard's to get the answer. Malls are over. I never need something today, I can wait if this is the level of service I receive.

I decided to pop in to pick up some items for Fall like cozy robe, active wear and lingerie. I found everything I was looking for and at a great price. It's great to see that they are using CDC guidelines to keep customers and employees safe, allowing us to enjoy our shopping experience. They wash the baskets in between customers, have social distancing markers on the floors and they have converted the aisles to One way. All the employees are wearing masks and the line moves a little slow because of social distancing. They don't have as many registers open but check out those cute coffee cups and did you see that popcorn? The store is in a great location. There's plenty of parking. Terrible customer service.  In short, my wife scheduled a session and canceled, but, unfortunately,…read moreshe paid in advance.  I know, always a mistake.  She canceled way in advance, but was told--no refunds.  I get it, but I'm like this isn't a large Fortune 500 company, how hard would it be to return the money thereby encouraging a customer to return when they are ready to use your service.  It's just sketchy.  I'm sure the money was spent, but it's not even about the money it's the principle.  I left a review on the company's Facebook page, and it was taken down (after the requisite snarky comments by Facebook humorists--friends of the business owner.  I think one was "poor people problems."  That comment is so true though, it is a poor person, indeed, who can't return a hundred dollars).  I feel that if no effort was expended, then a refund is reasonable request, but I'm sure it was "so much" trouble to book an appointment.
