I went into the store today 08/27/2024 and asked for a new receipt since it was illegible. The cashier was telling the store manager something in Spanish, and I asked MIRNA AND THE CASHIER to talk in English three to four times because I couldn't understand Spanish. The store manager or her cashier did not address me still would not talk to me in English and I believe I heard one of them call me the N-WORD. I have been using this dollar tree for almost ten years and never felt as a customer disrespected in front of a whole store like I did today by MIRNA. Almost 20 people watching and these two employees call me the n -word and treat me like a foreigner. It's 2024 and I'm being discriminated because I can't speak Spanish. Dollar tree I called your corporate number and I would like this issue address maybe training or termination but MIRNA SHOULD BE FIRED BEFORE SHE IS SUED FOR DISCRIMINATION. This is an okay dollar tree. It's smaller than other locations I've been to but it has the basic necessities. I am a huge dollar tree fan because everything is cheap and they always have cute things specially during the holidays. Most of the time this location is really messy, things are all over the place. The employees are nice but I just wish they would open up more cash registers. Most of the time they only have two open and sometimes the lines have about 8 people. I've wasted more time in line than what I spend looking for my items. If they would open up more registers, my review would be better. Parking: they share a parking lot with other stores in the plaza and the spaces are compact. It is usually full in the afternoons so you might struggle to find parking. read more

I shop at this store last month and was sexually harassed by their African American security guard. I have been scared to come and shop at the store ever since. I tried to make a complaint with the manager, but they will not take down my complaint. There is a language barrier because most the employees there speak Spanish. I have no choice to call their Corporate office on Monday, before I fill my lawsuit with my lawyer against the store. Please people don't shop at this store avoid it at all cost. The customer service lady Lucy is very condescending and rude. I asked her nicely if she could tie the balloons to the bag for me and she said, No, I'm going to go ahead and help the next customer". Even though my hands were full. I ended leaving my orange soda there because I had to put my things down to tie the balloons to the bag. A good customer service representatives help customers when they need help. You're not supposed to just take our money and say *uck you, figure it out. I spent a lot of money in that store, it would be great to receive good customer service. Another complaint is they always run out of the balloons that we like. Please order more balloons than needed. Especially around holidays and graduation time. read more

So before stopping by, i check the business's hours. States it closes at 8pm on Sunday. So its 7:20 pm i get to dollar tree 9min later only to have one of the three employees close the doors and say they were closed?... its 7:30pm not 8pm..??? Richard H. I have been a regular customer at this branch of Dollar Tree for roughly 5 years. I remain constantly amazed everytime I enter the store how very friendly all the staff are. But how professionally as a team,they operate the store. This especially the case during the Coronavirus pandamic. This is a smaller dollar tree chain. It's just carrying basic necessities nothing special. The other locations I've been to are well stocked. I've been to the local and other community Dollar Tree's on many occasions. They all have good variety of goodies. read more

Great store to drop in to and pick up a few things or a lot, it used to be bad with aisles full of items on the floor from people going through things and not putting them back but after they hired a few more people the store looks a whole lot better, everything is super cheap (obviously) and theres a great selection. read more

Accused of shopping while black at this location. I was here on Sunday Oct 13th 2019 around 1pm. I paid for my items and went back into the aisles to see if the person I was with was done shopping and to say I was going to wait for them in the car. I didn't see them so I left. About 5 minutes later the security guard came outside and said hey they said you stole something. I'm obviously stunned because I had literally just paid for my items and didn't even pick anything up when I went back into the aisles. I had two bags and I paid for the items in both bags so I went back in with the guard and showed the manager every item in the bag in their respective order on the receipt . I've never been accused of shoplifting in my life nor have I ever stolen a damn thing in my life that's number one. Number two everything in dollar tree is a dollar so who would even steal from dollar tree? The manager is the larger Latina lady on the first register by the door (Celeste is the one who rung me up and she was nice). She should have asked the other cashier who rung me up how many bags I had. I think she needs some diversity training. A lot of stores who have a guard presence have the guard check receipts maybe this store should as we. This is a prime example of our society today. Obviously people jumping to conclusions based on the color of skin. What would have happened if I had gotten into the car and left not knowing the guard was talking to me? Police would most likely have been called; I would have probably been followed home guns drawn and taken to jail for someone else's prejudice. I will not return to location ever again. read more
