They carry a wide range of home décor, and the prices are very solid. Definitely one of those spots where you can stumble on some real finds without blowing your budget. The only downside of the experience was who I assume is the owner following me around the store, trying to strike up conversation and push me to buy something. It felt less like friendly customer service and more like pressure -- almost like he was begging me to make a purchase, which took away from the browsing experience a bit. Still, I can't deny they have some really good stuff, and the staff member who helped me outside was great. Despite that one uncomfortable moment, I'll definitely be back -- next time with a little more patience and a clear mission.

On my first visit, I came in to buy candy and ending up browsing. And during that initial visit, I appreciated how many items this store has to offer and how well it's laid out. The patrons and workers take care of this store. I don't know how long it's been open, but it doesn't have the "tired" feel of most discount stores. And it's neat. Things aren't all piled up on each other in any random area; each section is separate and where you would expect to find something it's usually there. I didn't initially think of Deals as a "dollar store" but there are a lot of things that are $1. If I had kids, I come here every other month or so, give them $10 and let them go crazy. And if I were just starting out and not sure of what I needed, I would come here to buy dinnerware, glasses, etc. The prices are comparable to (and in some cases lower than) Wal-Mart and Target, so why deal with the parking and long check out lines of a bigger store? I don't know if I would have ever gone into this store if I wasn't dealing with a "candy jones" but I'm glad I did. Now if I'm in the area, I'll go in and pick up a flyer to see what deals I can get, and I suppose that's the point. Yelp 100 #21

Don't expect to see the same thing twice - if you see it and want it, but it...you might not get a second chance. They honor Veterans with a discount and don't forget the Cheesecake...the Chocolate is not so good so leave it and I'll buy all of it.
