i was there today at dollar tree with my ten year old daughter, and I couldn't find my credit card after he rung me up &put my stuff in the bags behind his register along with reciept I was with my daughter who had her own few bucks for her toys. well upon arriving back there's a huge line because the man behind the register said the computer froze ok not my problem. but than persists on telling me even though my daughter was still in line waiting to be rung up and with my purse and empty car as he had my stuff in a receipt already rung up. we'll because I'm loud due to being deaf and showed him I'm disabled and my miracle ear card stating im disabled & deaf with heating aids (obv not in!) said he heard me talking to my daughter and I wasn't loud! Umm ok?! she knows to speak loud cause I'm deaf I mean is the govt lying I'm deaf?! are drs lying I'm deaf?! i didn't know the manager at dollar tree was a ENT DOCTOR!! well he threatened to call the cops on me (with my daughter!) and WHEN I asked what I did he said disturbing the peace although I started2 record he told the man to ignore and say nothing at this point even though before I got my phone ppl in line, both lines to be exact, were cussing at us calling us names and he said its true WHEN I asked verbal abuse is ok bUT deaf isn't?! MY DAUGHTER-WAS THE ONE TO TELL ME WHAT THEY WERE SAYING OUT LOUD SHOUTING ACORSS LANES ( AS I DIDNT HEAR THEM NOR REALLY CARE LOL )AT THIS POINT Im not going to the back OF THE LINE he never told me I'd have to go to the back of the line when I couldn't find my credit card! can I also mention that never once did I disrespect anyone nor call names like the other shoppers waiting in lines the manager told me eas ok cause they were right and my daughter had to witness all this chaos, ignorance & racist remarks because of my race and hers and also BECAUSE IM DEAF?! This is 100% uncalled for. And my daughter and I didn't deserve This next time I will be recording the entire time I'm there !! Or calling cops before I go to remind this man I can't help that I'm deaf and that he can't not use it against me as it's a disability and a civil lawsuit!shame on him I told him God bless him and left with nothing, my daughter cried I told him good job he made a ten year old innocent child cry because her moms deaf and his computers frozeand out raceall because of his ignorance and disrespectful childlike behavior! Does anyone know who to call over his head this was in irondeqouit New York. been there a million times every Tuesday I take my daughter to wegmans same plaza as dollar tree btw my fisher and I know all know all the cops there!
