People that give Ollie's a bad review don't understand what Ollie's is about. Ollie's buy up products that other stores and warehouses can't move. They heavily discount the items at great prices. The store does seem to be disorganized most of the time but when you go in there you never know what they are going to have. I blame a lot of the disorganization on the customers. People just move things around and don't have the courtesy to put things back. The biggest lack of respect is the parents that let their kids go wild in the toy isle. They just let them go like it's their personal playground while they go shopping. When they're done they grab the kids and leave toys all over the isle. People, control your kids! This is a place of business, not your personal playground. The best thing I like at Ollie's is the book section. It's awesome to get books that are $29.00 for $1.99. Ollie's has just about anything you need. Housewares, linens, personal hygiene products, tools, toys, food items, and more. Check it out when in the area. You'll be glad you did.

Absolute pros when it comes to the "bait and switch". So, when you walk in to buy a $2 brush that's on sale, and find out, only after you've made the purchase that it was considerably more expensive, you've already made the drive home and it really just isn't worth driving all the way back into town to rectify the issue. And they (corporate) know that. So, they'll continue to screw over their customers and you'll be forced to take it, without lube. The first sign that there's an issue is when you have employees who look like they've been worked to death and are only running on fumes, they have one register open, and the "self checkout" is even down. This company is pathetic and they'll keep being pathetic until customers figure out that they're feeding into their scheming and corruption.

She was specific because I told her what to ask for because she doesn't always understand the mg of the packages. I am appalled and very angry. I usually buy/bring her the gummies or we go to sunnyside but u was unable to be with her since I live out of town. I trusted that a business would have more respect for a person especially an older person. I called the location and the phone was answered by a someone who didn't even identify the business, was yelling to someone else in the shop and kept talking over me. I asked for the manager and was told they'd call me back and I said no I want to speak with the manager and was then told the manager wasn't present and they'd call me back. While writing this email I received a call from the who I assumed was the shop and it was. It was the manager and I asked why when a customer comes in and asks for a specific milligram and type of gummy would they be sold a product that was so much more potent and powerful. I was told that the manager was the one who sold it and that she was out of sleep gummies and she told my mom how to cut it up so each "piece" would be 750mgs........how does that even come close to 10mg???? Given that the gummies are tulip shaped.......i did yell because im very angry that a person has a blatant disregard for someone. If I had a way to file a police report and report this location to a drug department I would so fast! The manager even dismissed my concern and said "well your mom is an adult and knows what these are for so whatever". I hung up and continued this complaint. I usually buy or instruct my mom to get Wyld, wonder or good news gummies 100mg total or 10mg a piece......this has never happened at any other shop or dispensary because they care about their customer. (I wear a women's 18/20 and wanted a pretty dress instead of a plain ol' white dress to wear on vacation) When I exhausted Kohl's and TJ Maxx, I went to the trusty Label Shopper and came home with 4 beautiful new dresses (all 9.99-16.99)! They also have fun patterned plus size bras as well! No more neutral tones! There was a nice selection of trendy housewares, shoes, and hats too. I also want to note that they have a huge selection of Columbia jackets for half the price of any other store!!!
