We didn't notice until we opened it today. Rotisserie Chicken Salad has ingredients my wife can't have due to food allergies. I took it back to the "Customer Service" counter and the lady there was absolutely unprofessional and nasty. I didn't get her name, unfortunately. She was very rude and even told me there is no such thing as Gourmet Chicken Salad with Grapes (we've been buying it there for three years). She then went back to the deli while I waited at the front and came back with a container of Rotisserie Chicken Salad with a new label and practically threw it at me. When I explained, again, that I was supposed to get Gourmet Chicken Salad she really got an attitude. I went back with her to the deli counter the second time and the folks back there were very professional and helpful. The so-called customer service person then said, in a nasty tone, that I could have it for free, and got pissed when I told her it wasn't free, I'd already paid for the wrong item. At that she just walked away. Been shopping there for years! Will never set foot in a Marc's again. There are too many options for customers to treat the ones you have like crap.

Keep In mind they have labeled the door with "12 costume limit " he then chose to brag about the amount of money the store makes weekly($500,000) and said he doesn't need my business and told me to leave the store. I then walked to the door and he said to his co-workers that I was a "dick" keep in mind I am 17 years old. I believe this is very unprofessional and needs to be discussed immediately.
