Everything I've eaten has been excellent. They are very friendly and fast and efficient with getting your order and getting you the right food. Their memories are pretty amazing. But also the portions are humongous, I have a big appetite, but I can only eat about half of whatever they've given me. I highly recommend.

If you look closely at the photo, you can see how the breading is peeling in one location and it is not heavily breaded! I left hoping to support a local business -- but instead I got shifting excuses and no transparency. Having a controlled-substance prescription is already complicated enough. What I experienced felt dishonest and unfair. I ended up scrambling to find another pharmacy and asking my doctor to cancel and reissue the script, which caused extra stress and delay. If you rely on prescriptions -- especially controlled-substances -- I wouldn't trust this pharmacy to be consistent, fair, or reliable.

Don't even try to call them to ask if you can take over the counter meds with your prescriptions... the female pharmacist with the attitude will give you a " yeah i guess so" ....After being on hold for 30 minuets... I don't want someone to guess if I can take Benadryl without dying... I GUESS. Also, calling me 5 times a day to see when I will pick my script up... are you fucking kidding me?! I'll pick it up when I have time... SORRY It hasn't been there for a week its been not even a few days...

I just waited 35 minutes for a flu shot despite having had an appointment and with only one other person waiting for the same. Looks like Walgreens is maximizing their corporate profits by intentional understaffing. I also overheard an elderly woman being told her prescription was not available, even though she had received two automated calls telling her it was ready for pick up.

That being said, I think the negative reviews are due in part that Morton Williams is about as expensive as Whole Foods but way less selection than a Whole Foods or even a C-Town. But the prices and selection are what they are because of location. They are right by Columbia University. In terms of supermarkets in the neighborhood, it's on par with Apple Tree, which I would consider three stars but definitely not as good as Westside Market or H-Mart in terms of selection but that's the tradeoff for the proximity to campus. To be fair I haven't done a ton of shopping (I've mostly bought protein bars out of convenience) and personally if I lived there I would walk the extra 6 blocks to Westside Market for the fresher produce and better selection of goods. The times I've shopped there, I was processed fairly quickly.
